Abstract

본 고안은 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100)를 제공한다. 배출 장치(110)는 겔상의 내용물(104)이 담긴 용기 본체(102)의 상부에 결합되며, 배출 장치(110)에 형성된 실린더(114) 하부에 흡입관(116)이 연결되어 용기 본체(102) 안으로 연장되고, 실린더(114) 내부에 개폐봉(118)이 설치되며, 실린더(114)와 개폐봉(118) 사이에 피스톤(120)이 끼워지고, 개폐봉(118) 하단에 흡입밸브(122)가 결합된 종래의 화장품용기(100)에 있어서, 특히, 배출 장치(110)는 상단 캡(130)과 중단 캡(140)과 하단 캡(150)을 포함하며, 하단 캡(150)과 중단 캡(140) 사이에는 제2 스프링(152)이 끼워지고, 중단 캡(140)은 상단 캡(130)에 체결되며, 피스톤(120)은 하단 캡(150)을 통하여 중단 캡(140) 안으로 끼워져 결합되고, 상단 캡(130)에 체결된 삽입봉(132)이 노즐(136) 내부로 삽입되어 노즐(136)의 입구를 막고 있으며, 상단 캡(130)에 결합된 제1 스프링(135)이 노즐(136)과 일체로 형성된 상부 미끄럼대(137)에 결합되고, 상부 미끄럼대(137)는 하단 캡(150)에 형성된 하부 미끄럼대(157)와 접촉하며, 상단 캡(130)이 하강할 때 상부 미끄럼대(137)와 노즐(136)이 전진이동하면서 노즐(136)의 입구가 열리고 겔상의 내용물(104)이 외부로 배출된다.

Description

배출 장치 및 그를 이용한 화장품 용기 {Pumping Device And Cosmetic Spray Having The Same}
본 고안은 배출 장치 및 그를 이용한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 겔상의 내용물에 의하여 노즐 입구가 막히는 것을 방지하기 위하여 노즐 내부에 삽입봉을 형성하고 펌핑 작용에 따라 노즐이 전후이동을 하도록 구현한 배출 장치와 그를 이용한 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 화장품 용기에 설치되어 사용되는 배출 장치는 용기 안에 담겨있는 겔상 내용물을 소정량씩 용기 밖으로 배출시키는 역할을 한다. 종래기술에 따른 배출 장치와 그를 이용한 화장품 용기가 도 1에 도시되어 있다.
도시된 바와 같이, 화장품 용기의 용기 본체(1)의 내부에는 겔상의 내용물(2)이 담기며, 용기 본체(1)의 상부로 배출 장치가 결합된다. 배출 장치는 지지체(3)에 의하여 용기 본체(1)에 결합되며, 지지체(3) 안쪽에 실린더(4)가 결합된다. 실린더(4) 아래쪽에는 흡입관(5)이 연결되어 용기 본체(1) 안으로 연장되며, 실린더(4)의 안쪽에는 개폐봉(6)이 설치된다. 실린더(4)와 개폐봉(6) 사이에 피스톤(7)이 끼워져 스프링(8)에 의해 지지되며, 피스톤(7) 상부로 이송관(9)이 결합되고 이송관(9)은 다시 캡(10)에 결합된다. 개폐봉(6) 하단에는 흡입밸브(11)가 결합되어 실린더(4)와 흡입관(5)의 연결 통로를 막고 있고, 이송관(9)의 상단에는 배출밸브(12)가 결합되어 캡(10)에 형성된 노즐(13)과 이송관(9) 사이의 연결 통로를 막고 있다.
이와 같은 구성의 배출 장치는 다음과 같이 작동된다. 먼저 캡(10)을 누르면, 이송관(10)과 피스톤(7)이 하강하면서 피스톤(7)과 개폐봉(6) 사이에 틈이 생기고 이 틈을 통하여 실린더(4) 안의 겔상 내용물이 유통할 수 있게 된다. 즉, 피스톤(7)의 하강에 따라 실린더(4) 내부의 압력이 증가하기 때문에, 실린더(4) 내부에 담겨 있는 내용물이 배출밸브(12)를 밀어내면서 캡(10)에 형성된 노즐(13)을 통하여 밖으로 배출되는 것이다.
내용물 배출 후 캡(10)을 놓게 되면, 피스톤(7)은 스프링(8)의 탄성력에 의하여 상승하게 된다. 따라서, 실린더(4) 내부의 압력이 감소하게 되며, 그에 따라 흡입밸브(11)의 가장자리가 들리면서 용기 본체(1) 내부에 담겨 있는 내용물(2)이 흡입관(5)을 따라 실린더(4) 내부로 들어오게 된다.
이상 설명한 종래의 배출 장치는 다음과 같은 문제점을 안고 있다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 겔상 내용물은 용기 본체(1) 뿐만 아니라 흡입관(5) 내부, 실린더(4) 내부, 이송관(9) 내부, 노즐(13) 내부를 채우고 있다. 그런데 노즐(13) 끝의 내용물(14)은 외부의 공기와 항상 접촉하고 있기 때문에 공기와의 작용에 의하여 경화되거나 변질되는 경우가 많다. 따라서, 경화된 내용물(14)로 인하여 노즐(13)이 막혀 버리거나 변질된 내용물(14)로 인하여 제품 신뢰성에 치명적인 타격이 가해질 수 있다.
따라서, 본 고안의 목적은 화장품 용기의 노즐 끝에 있는 겔상 내용물이 공기와 반응하여 경화되거나 변질되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 배출장치와 그를 이용한 화장품 용기를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은 노즐 내부에 삽입봉을 형성하여 노즐 입구를 막고 펌핑 작용에 따라 노즐이 전후이동을 하도록 구현하여 노즐 입구의 겔상 내용물이 경화되거나 변질되는 것을 방지한 배출 장치와 그를 이용한 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
이하, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하고자 한다.
도 2는 본 고안의 실시예에 따른 배출 장치(110)와 그를 이용한 화장품 용기(100)를 나타내는 단면도이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 화장품 용기(100)의 용기 본체(102)의 내부에는 겔상의 내용물(104)이 담기며, 용기 본체(102)의 상부로 배출 장치(110)가 결합된다.
배출 장치(110)는 지지체(112)에 의하여 용기 본체(102)에 결합되며, 지지체(112) 안쪽에 실린더(114)가 결합된다. 실린더(114) 아래쪽에는 흡입관(116)이 연결되어 용기 본체(102) 안으로 연장되며, 실린더(114)의 안쪽에는 개폐봉(118)이 설치된다. 실린더(114)와 개폐봉(118) 사이에는 피스톤(120)이 끼워지며, 피스톤(120)은 위쪽으로 연장되어 중단 캡(140; 후술함)에 체결된다. 개폐봉(118) 하단에는 흡입밸브(122)가 결합되어 실린더(114)와 흡입관(116)의 연결 통로를 막고 있다.
본 고안에 따른 배출 장치(110)의 특징은 세 부분으로 구분되는 캡에 있다. 이하, 캡의 세 부분을 각각 상단 캡(130), 중단 캡(140), 하단 캡(150)이라 칭한다. 캡의 주요 부분이 도 3의 분해 사시도에 도시되어 있으며, 특히 상단 캡(130)은 도 4a의 저면도와 도 4b의 단면도에, 중단 캡(140)은 도 5a의 평면도와 도 5b의 단면도에, 하단 캡(150)은 도 6a의 평면도와 도 6b의 단면도에 각각 잘 나타나 있다.
도 2, 도 3, 도 4a, 도 4b에 도시된 바와 같이, 상단 캡(130)은 노즐 홈(131), 삽입봉(132), 삽입봉 체결대(133), 스프링 고정대(134), 제1 스프링(135), 노즐(136), 상부 미끄럼대(137), 유입구(138)로 구성된다. 또한, 도 2, 도 3, 도 5a 도 5b에 도시된 바와 같이, 중단 캡(140)은 리브(141), 피스톤 체결관(142), 상단 체결턱(143), 하단 멈춤턱(144), 피스톤 고정턱(145), 스프링 지지홈(146), 배출관(147), 유동홈(148), 배출구(149)로 구성된다. 또한, 도 2, 도 3, 도 6a, 도 6b에 도시된 바와 같이, 하단 캡(150)은 피스톤 삽입구(151), 제2 스프링(152), 상단 멈춤턱(154), 스프링 지지턱(156), 하부 미끄럼대(157)로 구성된다.
이하, 배출 장치(110)에서의 각 캡(130, 140, 150)의 구성을 설명한다. 하단 캡(150)과 중단 캡(140)은 하단 캡(150)의 상단 외부에 형성된 상단 멈춤턱(154)과 중단 캡(140)의 하단 내부에 형성된 하단 멈춤턱(144)이 서로 걸리고, 하단 캡(150)의 스프링 지지턱(156)과 중단 캡(140)의 스프링 지지홈(146) 사이에 제2 스프링(152)이 끼워짐으로써 서로 결합된다. 중단 캡(140)은 그 상부에 형성된 상단 체결턱(143)을 통하여 상단 캡(130)에 체결된다.
배출 장치(110)의 피스톤(120)은 하단 캡(150)의 하부면 중앙부에 형성된 피스톤 삽입구(151)를 통하여 중단 캡(140)의 중앙에 형성된 피스톤 체결관(142) 안으로 끼워져 피스톤 고정턱(145)에 결합된다. 피스톤 체결관(142)은 리브(141)에 의하여 중단 캡(140) 중앙에 형성된다. 피스톤 체결관(142)의 상부에는 배출관(147)이 피스톤 체결관(142)과 피스톤(120) 내부로 끼워진다. 배출관(147)의 중앙에는 배출구(149)가 형성되어 있고 상부에는 일자형의 유동홈(148)이 형성되어 있다. 배출구(149)는 유동홈(148)의 중앙에 위치한다.
상단 캡(130) 하부의 한쪽 가장자리에는 삽입봉 체결대(133)가 형성되어 있고, 삽입봉(132)이 삽입봉 체결대(133)에 체결된 후 상단 캡(130)을 가로질러 반대쪽 가장자리에 형성된 노즐 홈(131) 쪽으로 뻗어 있다. 삽입봉(132)은 노즐(136) 내부로 삽입되어 노즐(136) 입구를 막고 있다. 노즐(136)은 노즐 홈(131)을 통하여 상단 캡(130) 외부로 일부가 돌출된다. 상단 캡(130) 하부에는 또한 노즐 홈(131)과 인접하여 두 개의 스프링 고정대(134)가 형성되고, 스프링 고정대(134)에 각각 제1 스프링(135)이 결합된다. 제1 스프링(135)의 반대편은 상단 캡(130) 중앙부에 있는 상부 미끄럼대(137)에 결합된다. 상부 미끄럼대(137)는 노즐(136)과 일체형으로 형성된다. 상부 미끄럼대(137)는 하단 캡(150)의 가장자리 쪽에 형성된 하부 미끄럼대(157)와 접촉한다. 한편, 노즐(136) 하부에는 유입구(138)가 형성되며, 유입구(138)는 배출관(147)에 형성된 유동 홈(148) 안에 위치하지만 배출구(149)와는 어긋나 있어도 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같은 구성을 갖는 배출 장치(110)는 다음과 같이 동작한다. 이하 설명되는 배출 장치(110)의 작용으로부터 배출 장치(110)의 구성 또한 보다 명확해질 것이다. 도 7a와 도 7b는 배출 장치의 작용을 종단면도로 보여주고 있으며, 도 8a와 도 8b는 배출 장치의 작용을 횡단면도로 보여주고 있다. 또한, 도 7a와 도 8a는 서로 대응하는 도면으로서 상단 캡(130)을 누르지 않았을 때(즉,사용하지 않을 때)의 상태를 보여주고 있고, 마찬가지로 서로 대응하는 도면인 도 7b와 도 8b는 상단 캡(130)을 눌렀을 때(즉,사용할 때)의 상태를 보여주고 있다.
상단 캡(130)을 누르지 않았을 때, 상부 미끄럼대(137)와 하부 미끄럼대(157)는 그 끝부분이 서로 접촉하고 있고, 삽입봉(132)은 노즐(136)의 입구를 막고 있다. 따라서, 사용하지 않을 때에는 화장품 용기(100)의 노즐(136)이 항상 막혀 있는 상태이므로, 노즐(136) 안에 들어 있는 겔상의 내용물(104)이 외부의 공기와 접촉하지 않는다.
한편, 상단 캡(130)을 누르게 되면, 상부 미끄럼대(137)가 하단 캡(150)에 고정되어 있는 하부 미끄럼대(157)에 닿아 미끄러지면서 제1 스프링(135)을 압축시키고, 상부 미끄럼대(137)에 일체로 형성되어 있는 노즐(136)이 전진하게 된다. 반면, 삽입봉(132)은 상단 캡(130)의 삽입봉 체결대(133)에 그대로 고정된 상태로 있다. 따라서, 노즐(136)의 입구가 열리면서 그 안에 들어 있는 겔상의 내용물(104)이 외부로 배출된다.
상단 캡(130)을 누르면, 상단 캡(130)과 체결된 중단 캡(140)도 하부로 눌려진다. 이 때, 중단 캡(140)은 제2 스프링(152)을 압축시키면서 피스톤 체결관(142)에 체결된 피스톤(120)도 동시에 누르게 된다. 피스톤(120)의 하강에 따라 실린더(l14) 내부의 공간이 축소되고 피스톤(120)과 개폐봉(118) 사이에 틈새를 만들어진다. 따라서, 실린더(114) 내부의 유압이 높아지면서 실린더(114) 내부의 내용물이 피스톤(120) 상부에 형성된 배출관(147)으로 공급된다. 계속해서, 배출관(147)으로 공급된 내용물은 배출구(149)와 유동홈(148)을 통하여 노즐(136) 하부의 유입구(138)로 유입된다. 전술한 바와 같이 노즐(136)이 전후이동을 하더라도, 노즐(136)의 유입구(138)가 배출관(147)의 유동홈(148) 안에서만 이동하므로 내용물의 흐름에는 아무런 지장이 없다.
다시, 상단 캡(130)을 누르고 있던 힘을 제거하면, 제2 스프링(152)의 탄성력에 의하여 중단 캡(140)이 원래 위치로 상승하게 된다. 따라서, 중단 캡(140)에 체결된 상단 캡(130)도 상승하게 되며, 상부 미끄럼대(137)가 제1 스프링(135)의 탄성력을 받아 원래 위치로 후퇴한다. 상부 미끄럼대(137)에 일체로 형성된 노즐(136) 역시 후퇴하면서 삽입봉(132)이 노즐(136) 입구를 막게 된다. 한편, 중단 캡(140)의 상승에 따라 피스톤(120)도 동시에 상승하게 되고, 그에 따라 피스톤(120)과 개폐봉(118) 사이의 틈새가 막히게 된다. 따라서, 실린더(114) 내부의 유압이 낮아지면서 흡입밸브(122)가 열리고 용기 본체(102)의 내용물(104)이 흡입관(116)을 따라 실린더(114) 안으로 공급된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 고안의 배출 장치를 이용한 화장품 용기를 사용하지 않을 때에는 노즐의 입구가 삽입봉에 의하여 막혀 있기 때문에 노즐 내부의 겔상 내용물이 외부 공기로부터 차단된다. 따라서, 종래의 예와 같이 내용물이 경화되거나 변질되는 문제점들이 근본적으로 방지되는 효과가 있으며 제품의 신뢰성제고에 기여할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 겔상의 내용물(104)이 담긴 용기 본체(102)의 상부에 배출 장치(110)가 결합되는 화장품 용기(100)에 있어서, 상기 배출 장치(110)에는 실린더(114)가 형성되며, 상기 실린더(114) 하부에 흡입관(116)이 연결되어 상기 용기 본체(102) 안으로 연장되고, 상기 실린더(114) 내부에 개폐봉(118)이 설치되며, 상기 실린더(114)와 상기 개폐봉(118) 사이에 피스톤(120)이 끼워지고, 상기 개폐봉(118) 하단에 흡입밸브(122)가 결합된 종래의 화장품용기(100)에 있어서,
    상기 배출 장치(110)는 상단 캡(130)과 중단 캡(140)과 하단 캡(150)을 포함하며, 상기 하단 캡(150)과 상기 중단 캡(140) 사이에는 제2 스프링(152)이 끼워지고, 상기 중단 캡(140)은 상기 상단 캡(130)에 체결되며, 상기 피스톤(120)은 상기 하단 캡(150)을 통하여 상기 중단 캡(140) 안으로 끼워져 결합되고, 상기 상단 캡(130)에 체결된 삽입봉(132)이 노즐(136) 내부로 삽입되어 상기 노즐(136)의 입구를 막고 있으며, 상기 상단 캡(130)에 결합된 제1 스프링(135)이 상기 노즐(136)과 일체로 형성된 상부 미끄럼대(137)에 결합되고, 상기 상부 미끄럼대(137)는 상기 하단 캡(150)에 형성된 하부 미끄럼대(157)와 접촉하며, 상기 상단 캡(130)이 하강할 때 상기 상부 미끄럼대(137)와 상기 노즐(136)이 전진이동하면서 상기 노즐(136)의 입구가 열리고 겔상의 내용물(104)이 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하단 캡(150)과 상기 중단 캡(140)은, 상기 하단 캡(150)의 상단 외부에 형성된 상단 멈춤턱(154)과 상기 중단 캡(140)의 하단 내부에 형성된 하단 멈춤턱(144)이 서로 걸리고, 상기 하단 캡(150)의 스프링 지지턱(156)과 상기 중단 캡(140)의 스프링 지지홈(146) 사이에 상기 제2 스프링(152)이 끼워짐으로써 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(120)은 상기 하단 캡(150)의 하부면 중앙부에 형성된 피스톤 삽입구(151)를 통하여 상기 중단 캡(140)의 중앙에 형성된 피스톤 체결관(142) 안으로 끼워져 피스톤 고정턱(145)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중단 캡(140)의 상부에는 배출관(147)이 설치되며, 상기 배출관(147)의 중앙에는 배출구(149)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배출관(147)의 상부에는 일자형의 유동홈(149)이 형성되며, 상기 배출구(149)는 상기 유동홈(148)의 중앙에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(136) 하부에는 유입구(138)가 형성되며, 상기 유입구(138)는 상기 유동홈(148) 안에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상단 캡(130) 하부의 한쪽 가장자리에는 삽입봉 체결대(133)가 형성되고, 상기 상단 캡(130) 하부의 반대쪽 가장자리에는 노즐 홈(131)이 형성되며, 상기 삽입봉(132)이 상기 삽입봉 체결대(133)에 체결된 후 상기 상단 캡(130)을 상기 노즐 홈(131) 쪽으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출 장치(110)를 이용한 화장품 용기(100).
