Claims (5)
- 캡부재;상기 캡부재의 중앙에 설치되는 양극단자;상기 캡부재의 일단에 설치되며, 전해액을 충진하는 전해액 주입구; 및상기 캡부재의 타단에 설치되며, 상기 캡부재에 형성된 안전변 장착부에 그 원주부가 절연물질로 실링된 안전변;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 캡조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안전변은 바닥플레이트와, 상기 바닥플레이트의 가장자리부 상방으로 연장되며 상기 캡부재의 두께와 상응하는 높이를 가지는 테두리벽을 포함하는 캔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 캡조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 바닥플레이트에는 상기 테두리벽과 인접한 곳에 원주형태의 노치부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 캡조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 노치부의 내측으로는 노치부의 파단을 위하여 상기 바닥플레이트로부터 내측으로 돌출되며, 상기 노치부로부터 정점으로 연장되는 부위에는 상기 노치부와 노치깊이가 서로 다른 복수의 유도노치부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 캡조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캡부재에 설치된 양극단자와 안전변이 상기 동일한 절연물질에 의해서 동일 공정에서 실링된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 캡 조립체.
