Claims (13)
- a)93중량% 이상의 MgO 함량과 8mm 미만의 그레인 크기를 갖는 용융 마그네사이트, 소결 마그네사이트 또는 이의 혼합물 68-97중량%;b)그레인 크기가 1mm 미만인 CaO 3-20중량%;c)크기가 3mm 미만이며 구운 후 내화성이 되는 성분 0-25중량%를 포함한 내화 세라믹 제조용 배치 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 a)의 그레인 크기가 5mm 미만임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 b)의 비율이 5-10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 SrO, TiO2, ZrO2, SiO2, CaO-MgO용융물, SrO-CaO용융물, SrO-ZrO2용융물, 비-산화 스트론튬 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 4항에 있어서, 비-산화 스트론튬 화합물이 탄산스트론튬, 황산스트론튬, 수산화스트론튬, 질산스트론튬, 염화스트론튬 또는 붕소스트론튬 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 a)의 MgO함량이 97중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 a)의 그레인 크기가 200㎛ 미만임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 96중량%이상의 CaO 순도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 c)의 그레인 크기가 1mm 미만임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탄소 함량이 2-20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 제 1항-10항 중 한 항에 따른 배치 조성물과 바인더로 제조된 미-연소 세라믹 성형체
- 제 1항-10항 중 한 항에 따른 배치 조성물과 바인더로 제조된 연소된 세라믹성형체
- 야금학적 용융 용기를 라이닝 하는데 사용되는 제 11항 또는 제 12항의 성형체에 있어서, CaO가 C2S와 같은 고-융점 상을 형성하도록 MgO 및 CaO 성분의 양이 조절되며 표면 근처의 굽는 면에서 성형체의 개방된 기공을 채우는 양으로 슬래그가 침투함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 성형체
