Description
Claims (17)
- 수중 생물 부착에 의한 오염에 대항하여 코팅(4)이 피복되는 수중 표면(3), 특히 금속 표면을 보호하기 위한 보호 방법에 있어서,물의 존재 하에 상기 코팅(4)은 연삭제(10)가 매립되어 있는 합성 물질로 제조되는 강모(9)를 구비한 하나 이상의 브러시(8)에 의하여 매끈하게 브러싱 또는 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 물질을 기초로 하는 코팅(4)이 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브러싱 또는 연마는 수중에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브러싱 또는 연마는 지상에서 수행되지만, 브러싱 또는 연마 중에는 브러싱되거나 연마되는 표면에 물이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브러싱 또는 연마는 산화 알루미늄 또는 실리슘 카바이드 입자가 매립되어 있는 강모(9)를 구비한 브러시(8)를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 브러싱 또는 연마는 브러시(8)를 이용하여 수행되며, 이 브러시의 강모는 무엇보다도 나일론, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르 및 유사물과 같은 유연한 합성 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅(4)에 유리 파편(5)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 코팅(4)은 브러싱 또는 연마되며, 이 코팅에는 미생물에 적대적인 비독성 약제가 결합되는 유리 파편(5)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 코팅(4)은 2층 이상으로 피복되어, 적어도 최외곽 층에는 미생물에 적대적인 비독성 약제가 결합된 상태의 유리 파편(5)이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 미생물에 적대적인 비독성 약제로서는 미생물의 성장을 감속시키거나 및/또는 이들 미생물을 죽이는 금속이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 미생물에 적대적인 약제로서 은이 유리 파편(5)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 은이 은의 층(7)으로서 유리 파편(5)을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 수중 생물 부착에 의한 오염에 대항하여 코팅(4)이 피복되는 수중 표면(3), 특히 금속 표면을 보호하기 위한 보호 방법에 있어서,미생물에 적대적인 비독성 약제가 결합되는 유리 파편(5)을 내부에 갖는 코팅(4)이 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 은이 결합되는 유리 파편(5)을 내부에 갖는 코팅(4)이 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항에 따른 보호 방법을 수행하기 위한 브러시에 있어서,강모(9)에는 연삭제(10)가 합체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러시.
- 경화 가능한 액체를 적어도 부분적으로 포함하며, 표면의 수중 생물 부착에 의한 오염을 중화시키게 수중 표면(3)을 코팅하는 코팅제에 있어서,상기 액체는 미생물에 적대적인 비독성 약제가 결합되는 유리 파편(5)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 은이 결합되는 유리 파편(5)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅제.
