Claims (7)
- 촉매로서 양이온 교환 수지, 및 조촉매로서 유리 머캅탄류를 사용하여 페놀과 아세톤의 축합에 의해 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 양이온 교환 수지로 충전시킨 반응 컬럼에서의 원료의 공탑속도(空塔速度)를 1.5 내지 6 m/hr으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응 컬럼의 L(높이)/D(직경)의 비가 1 이하인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,양이온 교환 수지가 설폰산형 양이온 교환 수지인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 머캅탄류가 알킬 머캅탄, 머캅토 카복실산, 아미노알칸티올 및 머캅토 알콜로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세톤/페놀의 몰비가 1/30 내지 1/3인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리의 머캅탄류/아세톤의 몰비가 0.1/100 내지 20/100인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,축합 반응이 40 내지 150℃의 온도에서 수행되는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
