Claims (8)
- 질량%로,C: 0.1∼0.85%,Si: 0.01∼1.5%,Mn: 0.05∼2.0%,P: 0.003∼0.2%,S: 0.003∼0.5%,Zr: 0.0003∼0.01%를 함유함과 동시에Al:0.01% 이하,total-O:0.02% 이하,total-N:0.02% 이하로 제한하고, 또한, MnS의 평균 세로가로비 10이하이고, 최대 세로가로비 30이하를 가지며, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
- 질량%로,C: 0.1∼0.85%,Si: 0.01∼1.5%,Mn: 0.05∼2.0%,P:0.003∼0.2%,S:0.003∼0.5%,Zr:0.0003∼0.01%를 함유함과 동시에Al:0.01% 이하,total-O:0.02% 이하,total-N:0.02% 이하로 제한하고 또한, MnS의 평균 세로가로비 10이하이고, 최대 세로가로비 30이하를 가지며, 또한 최대 MnS 입경(μm)이=0×[S%〕+15이하, 1mm2주변의 MnS수가 3800×〔S%〕+ 150 이하를 가지고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
- 질량%로,C: 0.1∼0.85%,Si: 0.01∼1.5%,Mn: 0.05∼2.0%,P:0.003∼0.2%,S:0.003∼0.5%,Zr:0.0003∼0.01%를 함유함과 동시에Al:0.01% 이하,total-O:0.02% 이하,total-N:0.02% 이하로 제한하고 또한,Cr: 0.01∼2.0%,Ni: 0.05∼2.0%,Mo: 0.05∼1.0%중에 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고, 또한, MnS의 평균 세로가로비 10이하이고, 최대 세로가로비 30 이하를 가지며, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.

- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강이, 질량%로,V: 0.05∼1.0%,Nb: 0.005∼0.2%,Ti: 0.005∼0.1%중에 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강이, 질량%로,Ca: 0.0002∼0.005%,Mg: 0.0003∼0.005%,Te: 0.0003∼0.005%중에 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강이, 질량%로,Bi: 0.05∼0.5%,Pb: 0.01∼0.5%중의 1종 또는 2종을 포함하고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강이, 질량%로, B: 0.0005% 이상 0.004% 미만을 포함하고, 나머지 부분이 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 단조성과 피삭성이 우수한 강.
