Claims (5)
- 염수를 전기분해 하여 차아염소산 나트륨을 발생시키는 전해조 장치에 있어서, 망형상의 주석(Sn)계열의 화합물을 양극으로 하고, 하스텔로이 금속을 음극으로 하여 전해조내에서 음극과 양극을 교대로 배열한 것을 특징으로 하는, 원통형 차아염소산 나트륨 발생 전해 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양극이 SnCl4와 RuCl4를 염산과 이소프로필 알콜에 용해하는 단계와, 상기 용액에 전극을 딥핑하는 단계와, 딥핑된 전극을 500 내지 1000℃로 소결하는 단계를 1회 이상 반복하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차아염소산 나트륨 발생 전해 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음극의 재질이 탄소, 티타늄 또는 니켈화합물로부터 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차아염소산 나트륨 발생 전해장치.
- 연수기로 처리된 유입수를 1개 이상의 스트림으로 분기시키는 단계와; 분기된 하나의 스트림을 포화조(1)에 주입하여 저장되어 있는 소금을 녹여 포화염수를 만드는 단계와; 하나의 스트림에 알칼리 용액을 첨가하여 pH 조정조(2)에서 pH를 조정하여 하드니스 칼슘과 마그네슘 수산화물을 침전시킨 후 자동백필터(3)를 사용하여 제거하는 단계와; 하드니스가 제거된 하나의 스트림과 또 다른 하나의 스트림을 혼합조(5)에서 섞어 염수의 농도를 3%하여 전해조(6)에 공급하는 단계와; 음극의 재질이 주석화합물이고 양극이 하스텔로이 금속인 망형상의 전극을 교대로 배열한 원통형 전해조(6)에 직류전류를 공급하여 염수를 전기분해하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는, 차아염소산 나트륨의 수득방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 조정조(2)의 pH가 10인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차아염소산 나트륨의 수득방법.
