Abstract
Description
본 발명은 배뇨장애 환자의 진단과 치료에 필수적으로 이용되는 디지털 요류측정기를 중심으로 하여 환자와 관련된 자료들을 체계적인 진단절차에 부합되게 정리하여 배뇨장애 환자관리및 임상연구에 필요한 시스템을 구성함에 있다.The present invention focuses on the digital urine flow meter which is essential for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with urination disorder, and organizes the data related to the patient in accordance with the systematic diagnosis procedure to configure the system for urination disorder patient management and clinical research.
일반적으로 유속을 측정하는 방법에는 무게센서를 이용하는 방법과 압력센서를 이용하는방법,수위센서를 이용하던지 프로펠러날개의 회전수를 이용하는 방법등 다양한 방법이 있다. 이 여러가지 방법들은 다양한 센서를 컴퓨터와 연결하여 유량의 변화를 미분함으로써 시간에 따른 유입량으로 유입속도의 변화를 알수있다. 이중에서 무게 센서를 이용하는 것이 총량을 측정함으로 인해 가장 오차가 적은 방법으로 알려져 있다. 현재 외국에서 생산되어 국내에 수입되는 요류측정기는 각종센서와 인디게이터--프린터 일체형으로써 단순하게 배뇨후 요속그래프라던가, 총배뇨량 그래프,Siroky normogram등이 종이에 출력되는 수준에 있고 더이상의 이용상의 편의와 정보를 주는 제품은 없었다. 또 데이터를 효과적으로 저장할수없거나, 저장되더라도 단순저장 이외의 특별한 기능들을 갖추지는 못하였다. 본 발명은 이와는 다르게 기존의 공인된 저울을 컴퓨터에 연결하여 적합한 프로그램을 구성하고 아래와 같은 다양한 기능을 갖도록 하였다. 그 기능들은 요속을 나타내는 각종그래프와 아울러 저장기능과 검색기능, 통계기능, 개인별 경과를 나타내는 기능, 전립선 환자 관리기능, 여성배뇨장애환자 관리기능등으로 구성되어 배뇨장애와 관련된 모든정보를 데이터화 하여 축척하므로 체계적인 환자관리와 이에따른 과학적인 임상연구가 가능해질수가 있도록 하였다.In general, there are various methods for measuring the flow velocity using a weight sensor, a pressure sensor, a water level sensor, or a propeller blade rotation speed. 배뇨장애 환자의 진단과 치료에 관한 정보를 관리하는 프로그램과 배뇨장애환자의 진단과 치료결과 평가에 필수적인 검사인 요류측정기를 디지털화 하여 통합함으로써 배뇨장애환자와 관련된 모든 데이터들을 손쉽게 분석할수가 있어 결과축척과 이에 따른 효과적인 임상연구를 가능하게 한다.The program manages the information on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with urination disorder and integrates the urine meter, which is an essential test for diagnosing and evaluating the treatment result of patients with urination disorder. 도 5는 전립선 환자관리기능으로 전립선에 관련된 진단과 치료의 내용을 기준으로 이를 데이터화하고 저장하는 기능으로 구성되어있다. 국제적으로 이용되는 세계보건기구의 전립성의 증상점수표를 나타내어 전립선 증상점수를 7가지 항목으로 작성하도록 하였으며 해당란에 클릭함으로써 전립선의 배뇨와 관련된 증상점수가 자동으로 합산되어 표시되며 저장되도록 하였다. 전립선환자의 직장수지검사결과도 size, nodule, tenderness, symmetry, anal sphincter tone, surface, consistency 등으로 클릭만 하면 자세히 체크할수 있으며 전립선 특이항원인 PSA, PSAD, PSAV등을 기록하여 전립선암환자 관리에 필요하도록 하였다. 초음파소견을 echo와 calcification과 size로 나타내도록 하였고 필요시엔 view image로 하여 초음파영상 자료를 저장하고 개인에 관련된 여러가지 영상정보를 한꺼번에 하나의 화면에 나타내어 출력할수있도록 하였다. 치료항목을 기록하여 약물치료나 수술치료,레이저치료 뒤에 요류측정으로 치료결과와 호전양상을 평가하고 전립선 질환으로인한 배뇨장애환자를 관리할수있도록 하였다.Figure 5 is a prostate patient management function is composed of the function of storing and storing this data based on the contents of the diagnosis and treatment related to the prostate gland. 본 발명은 공인된 저울을 이용한다는 점에서 간편하면서도 정확한 요류측정을 이룰수있고 또 기존의 일회성의 그래프 출력만으로는 결과의 추적관찰이 용이하지 못하여 배뇨장애환자의 진단과 치료결과의 비교에 요류측정이 기본검사임에도 불구하고 중요하게 이용되기에는 어려운 점이 있었다. 본 발명은 이를 획기적으로 개선하여 진단과 치료에 이용될수있도록 하였다. 디지탈요류측정기는 오랜시간동안의 많은 수의 검사결과가 자동으로 축적되도록 하였으며 검색과 통계기능을 이용하여 이를 분석하는 것이 손쉽게 되어있다. 이는 개인별 또는 그룹별 치료효과 평가를 보다 공정하게 객관화 시키며 이를 바탕으로 요속그래프의 패턴등에 관한 임상연구가 보다 구체적으로 진행될수 있음을 기대할수가 있다.According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve simple and accurate urinary flow measurement in the use of a certified scale, and it is not easy to track the results only by the conventional one-time graph output, so urine flow measurement is basic for diagnosis and comparison of treatment results of patients with urination disorder.
