Claims (9)
- β-아밀라제를 함유하는 추출물을 얻기 위하여 곡류를 수성 배지 중에서 셀룰라제의 존재하에 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡류로부터 β-아밀라제를 추출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-아밀라제는 맥류 또는 소맥류로부터 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, β-아밀라제는 거피된 맥류로부터 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 추출은 환원 조건하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거피된 맥류는 SO2함유 물을 사용하여 5:8∼2:3 (거피된 맥류: SO2함유 물) 비로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출은 25℃∼33℃, 바람직하게는 29℃∼31℃의 온도에서수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출 시간은 48∼66 시간, 바람직하게는 55∼62 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 곰팡이의 셀룰라제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리코더마(Trichoderma) 곰팡이의 셀룰라제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 방법.
