Claims (11)
- 피롤린-5-카르본산 리닥타아제를 이용하여, 델타-1-피페리딘-6-카르본산의 환원을 행하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,피롤린-5-카르본산 리닥타아제가 대장균(Escherichia coli)또는 코리네형 (coryneform)세균에서 유래하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,델타-1-피페리딘-6-카르본산이 리신-6-아미노트랜스퍼라아제를 이용하는 L-리신으로부터의 변환공정에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,리신-6-아미노트랜스퍼라아제가 플라보박테리움·루테센스(Flavobacterium lutescens)에서 유래하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,델타-1-피페리딘-6-카르본산의 환원을 행하는 공정 및 리신-6-아미노트랜스퍼라아제를 이용하는 L-리신으로부터 L-피페콜린산으로의 변환공정이, 리신-6-아미노트랜스퍼라아제를 코드하는 유전자로서 형질전환된 피롤린-5-카르본산 리닥타아제 활성을 갖는 대장균 또는 코리네형 세포를 이용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,대장균 또는 코리네형 세균이, 외래의 피롤린-5-카르본산 리닥타아제를 코드하는 유전자 및 외래의 리신 수취에 관여하는 유전자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 유전자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
- 리신-6-아미노트랜스퍼라아제를 코드하는 유전자를 발현할 수 있는 형태로 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조환 대장균 또는 코리네형 세균.
- 제 7항에 있어서,외래의 피롤린-5-카르본산 리닥타아제를 코드하는 유전자 및 외래의 리신 수취에 관여하는 유전자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 유전자를 발현할 수 있는 형태로 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조환 대장균.
- 제 8항에 있어서,리신의 수취에 관여하는 유전자가, 리신 특이적 퍼미아제를 코드하는 유전자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조환 대장균.
- 제 8항에 있어서,리신의 수취에 관여하는 유전자가, 리신 특이적 퍼미아제를 코드하는 유전자이고, 그리고 그 상류에 탠덤(tandem)하게 배열되는 전사 조절인자를 코드하는 배열을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조환 대장균 또는 코리네형 세균.
- 제 7항 내지 제 10항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 조환 대장균 또는 코리네형 세균를 L-리신 함유배지에서 배양하고, 다음에 배양물 중에 축적된 L-피페콜린산을 채취하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-피페콜린산의 제조방법.
