Claims (10)
- 무기질 필러 30∼70 중량% 및 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 매트릭스 성분 70∼30 중량%를 포함하는 통기성 필름; 및 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리 에스테르 재질의 합성수지계의 부직포가 합지된 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 필러는 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 크레이, 탈크로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 필러의 입자크기가 0.5∼10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 0.910∼0.970 g/㎤의 밀도 및 0.01∼20 g/10 min의 용융지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 빛 차단성을 향상시키기 위하여 상기 통기성 필름에 이산화티탄 0.1∼15중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제1항에서 있어서, 폴리올레핀 필름이 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 고밀도폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도폴리에틸렌, 호모폴리프로필렌, 랜덤폴리프로필렌, 및 임팩트폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 합지 필름으로 제조된 과수봉지.
- 무기질 필러 30∼70중량% 및 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 매트릭스 성분 70∼30 중량%를 포함하는 조성물로부터 필름을 형성시키는 단계;통기성을 부여하기 위하여 상기 필름을 1축연신하거나 2축연신하는 단계; 및상기 연신된 필름과 폴리 프로필렌 또는 폴리 에스테르 재질의 합성수지계 부직포를 합지하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 합지방법이 열합지 방식, 핫멜트합지방식 또는 접착제 합지방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 과수봉지 제조용 합지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
