Claims (16)
- 튜브의 내면을 이루는 튜브 내측 표면층과 외면을 이루는 튜브 외측 표면층으로 구성된 표면층, 튜브내로의 가스 투과를 방지하는 가스 차단층, 및 상기 표면층과 가스 차단층을 접착시키는 접착제층으로 구성된 라미네이트 튜브 구조에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 폴리올레핀 및 그의 유도체, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, 에틸렌비닐알코올 공중합체 및 나일론 MXD6로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 플라스틱 재료로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 10 ㏄/20 ㎛ㆍ㎡ㆍatmㆍ24hr 이하의 가스 투과도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 35℃, 건조 조건하에서 1 ㏄/20 ㎛ㆍ㎡ㆍatmㆍ24hr 이하의 가스 투과도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 에틸렌비닐알코올 및 나일론 MXD6 중에서 선택된 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 추가로 철계 조성물, 다가 페놀 화합물,유기 금속 화합물 및 식품 첨가물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 산소 흡수제를 함유하여 튜브내로의 가스 투과를 방지할 뿐만 아니라 투과되거나 튜브 내부에 잔존해 있는 산소를 흡수하는 기능성을 추가로 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 가스 차단층이 35℃, 85% RH에서 0.05 ㏄/20 ㎛ㆍ㎡ㆍatmㆍ24hr 이하의 가스 투과도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 산소 흡수 기능성을 추가로 갖는 가스 차단층이 산소 흡수제를 함유하는 에틸렌비닐알코올 및 나일론 MXD6 중에서 선택된 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 튜브 표면층이 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 튜브 표면층이 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 굴곡 강도가 70 ㎏/㎠ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 튜브 외측 표면층과 내부 내측 표면층에만 마스터 배치 수지 첨가제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면층과 가스 차단층을 접착시키는 접착층의 접착강도가 비박리성인 것을 특징으로 하는 치약 튜브 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 튜브 외측 표면층에 수분 차단층을 압출 라미네이션 공법으로 적층시킨 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 수분 차단층이 폴리올레핀 폴리머, 알루미늄 증착 PET, 또는 이들의 복합재로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 수분 차단층이 10 g/30 ㎛ㆍ㎡ㆍatmㆍ24hr 이하의 수분 투과도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 수분 차단층이 0.5 g/30 ㎛ㆍ㎡ㆍatmㆍ24hr 이하의 수분 투과도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 튜브 구조.
