Claims (5)
- 효모 엑기스 제조 후 나오는 폐박인 효모 세포벽 성분을 이용하여 기질을 포집시키는 것을 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 포집용매로 60 ~ 70% 에탄올을 사용하고 50℃ 이상으로 1시간 이상 교반하여 포집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- a) 효모 엑기스 제조 후 나오는 폐박인 효모 세포벽 성분을 이용한 기질의 1차 포집 단계, 및 b) a) 단계에서 1차 포집이 완료된 유화물에 피복물질을 첨가하고 가수하여 혼합 후 분무건조로 분말화하는 2차 포집 단계를 포함하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 1차 포집단계에서 포집용매는 60 ~ 70% 에탄올을 사용하고 50℃ 이상으로 1시간 이상 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 2차 포집단계에서 피복물질은 비호화 변성전분 또는 사이클로덱스트린인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
