Claims (15)
- 유도인자의 부재 또는 존재하에 적합한 영양 배지에서 써모모노스포라 푸스카(Thermomonospora fusca) 미생물을 배양하여 수득할 수 있는 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이, 수탁번호 DSM 43793으로서 도이첸 삼룽 푸르 미크로오르가니즈멘[저먼 콜렉션 오브 마이크로오거니즘]에 기탁된 써모모노스포라 푸스카 균주인 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 영양 배지로 부터 효소 함유 배양 상등액을 수득하여 당해 상등액을 임의로 농축시킨 다음 크로마토그래피, 특히 이온 교환 크로마토그래피 및/또는 소수성 작용 크로마토그래피에 의해 효소를 정제하여 분리된 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자량이 27400d(SDS 겔 전기영동에 의해 측정됨) 또는 28200d(아미노산 서열을 기준으로 계산됨)이고 최적 온도/ 범위가 65℃(30 내지 80℃)이고 온도 안정성이 70℃/30분이고 최적 pH/범위가 6 내지 7(4- > 8)이고 등전점이 6.4인 파라미터를 특징으로 하는, 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소.

- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에스테르 절단 효소 또는 제6항에 따른 합성 펩타이드 또는 단백질에 대해 특이적으로 지시된 폴리클로날 항체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에스테르 절단 효소 또는 제6항에 따른 합성 펩타이드 또는 단백질에 대해 특이적으로 지시된 모노클로날 항체.
- 제8항에 따른 모노클로날 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소 및/또는 제6항에 따른 합성 펩타이드 또는 단백질 및 임의로 추가의 효소, 안정화제, 적합한 표면활성 물질 및/또는 적합한 유기 용매를 포함하는 에스테르 그룹 절단 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 추가의 효소가 하이드롤라제, 특히 에스터라제, 프로테아제, 퀴티나제, 리파제, 포스포리파제 또는 라이소포스포리파제인 에스테르 그룹 절단 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하이드롤라제가 슈도모나스 종(Pseudomonas sp), 리조무코르 미에헤이(Rizomucor miehei), 캔디다 실린드라세아(Candida cylindracea), 캔디다 안타르티카(Candida antartica), 아스퍼질러스 나이거(Aspergillus niger), 크로모박테리움 비스코숨(Chromobacterium viscosum), 코마모나스 액시도보란스(Commamonas acidovorans), 리조푸스 아리주스(Rhizopus arrhizus) 및 리조푸스 델라마르(Rhizopus delamar)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 미생물로부터 기원하는 에스테르 그룹 절단 조성물.
- 저분자량 및/또는 거대분자의 합성 또는 천연 에스테르 그룹 함유 화합물을 분해시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에스테르 그룹 절단 효소, 제6항에 따른 합성 펩타이드 또는 단백질, 또는 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에스테르 그룹 절단 조성물의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 에스테르 그룹 함유 거대분자 화합물이 지방족, 지환족, 지방족-방향족, 부분적인 방향족 또는 방향족 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르아미드, 폴리에스테르카보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르우레탄이고 이의 쇄가 연장될 수 있고 측쇄화되거나 가교결합될 수 있는 용도.
- 제14항에 있어서, 에스테르 그룹 함유 거대분자 화합물이 또 다른 기재와 공중합체, 혼합물 및 블렌드, 합성물, 라미네이트 또는 접착 결합물을 형성하는 용도.
