Claims (12)
- 망간과 리튬의 금속염 용액을 제조하는 단계,상기 금속염 용액을 건조하여 왁스를 제조하는 단계,상기 왁스를 대기중에서 자발연소시키는 단계, 및상기 자발연소에 의한 연소생성물을 대기중에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속염 용액은 대기중에서 수분을 흡수하지 않는 망간 또는 리튬의 산화물, 탄산화물 또는 수화물, 또는 순수금속형태의 망간과 리튬 및 그리신을 질산용액에 용해한 것임을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속염 용액 중의 망간과 리튬의 비 2Li/Mn은 0.95∼2.00임을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 그리신의 함량은 총 금속이온의 몰수에 대하여 1∼3.5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 질산용액의 농도는 0.5∼3M/L인 것을 특징으로 하는리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 질산용액 중의 질산의 함량은 총 금속몰수에 대하여 1∼3몰의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조공정은 150∼200℃의 온도에서 가열하며, 건조 말기에 적어도 한번은 진공 건조기에서 70℃ 내지 95℃로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자발연소과정은 대기 중에서 작은 불꽃으로 점화하거나 약 200℃에서 가열하여 착화를 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 600∼800℃에서 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열처리 시에 승온 속도는 3℃/분 이상으로 하며, 냉각속도는 500℃까지는 0.5℃/분 내지 3℃/분으로 하고 그 이후부터는 3℃/분내지 10℃/분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 망간의 일부를 전이금속 또는 원자가 +1, +2 또는 +3인 금속으로 치환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 리튬이차전지용 리튬망간 산화물을 양극으로 사용하여 제조한 리튬이차전지.
