Claims (2)
- 고구마나 감자를 식용수에 3∼4시간 불린후 세척하는 공정, 상기 세척된 고구마나 감자를 통풍이 용이한 용기에 담아 상온(10∼30℃)에서 10∼12시간 건조시키는 공정, 상기 건조된 고구마나 감자를 통풍이 용이한 용기에 담아 활엽수를 훈연재로 하는 훈연실에서 40∼50℃의 온도로 4∼5시간 훈연시켜 훈연취가 배도록 하는 훈연공정, 상기 훈연취가 배인 감자나 고구마를 전자레인지에서 이용가능하면서 모서리 부분이 절취된 합성수지필름으로 이루어진 포장봉투로 포장하는 포장공정을 포함하여 이루어진 군고구마향 훈연 고구마의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포장봉투는 옥텐엘엘디피이 필름, 내열성 필름 및 나이론 필름이 차례로 적층되어 이루어지는 두장의 합성수지가 상기 옥텐엘엘디피이 필름이 마주보도록 포갠 후 가장자리부가 접합되어 이루어지고, 접합된 합성수지의 하단 일측 모서리부분에는 그 직경이 대략 5mm 내지 10mm 정도가 되도록 수증기 배출공을 위한 수증기배출부가 마련되며, 합성수지 상단의 접합부의 폭은 하단의 접합부의 폭보다 넓은 라벨부를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 군고구마향 훈연 고구마의 제조방법.
