Claims (8)
- 유전체 무기 필러(dielectric inorganic filler)와 유기 고분자 재료를 함유하는 복합 유전체 재료를 포함하는 복합 유전체 성형물에 있어서;유전율이 최대인 방향에서의 유전율(A)과 유전율이 최소인 방향에서의 유전율(B)의 비(A/B)를 나타내는 유전율 이방성이 1.00∼1.05의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 유전체 재료는 성형시 전단 속도 1000S-1에서 용융 점도가 170Pa·s 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자 재료는 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자 재료는 수지 필러(resin filler)를 포함하는 열가소성 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 무기 필러는 Ⅱa, Ⅳa, Ⅲb, 또는 Ⅳb족 원소의 산화물, 탄산염, 인산염, 규산염 및 Ⅱa, Ⅳa, Ⅲb, 또는 Ⅳb족 원소를 포함하는 복합 산화물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 유전체 성형물.
- 적어도, 출사면이 볼록한 모양의 렌즈부 및 상기 렌즈부 뒤에 설치된 1차 송파기로 구성되는 렌즈 안테나에 있어서;상기 렌즈부는 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 복합 유전체 성형물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 안테나.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈부는 렌즈 본체 및 상기 렌즈 본체의 표면에 형성되고 상기 렌즈 본체와 대기를 정합시키는 정합층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 안테나.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 정합층의 비유전율은 상기 렌즈 본체의 비유전율의 제곱근과 거의 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 안테나.
