Description
Claims (19)
- 고분자 (polymer)를 췌장소도 (islet) 막에 결합시키는 췌장소도 막의 표면개질 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,1) 고분자를 활성화시키는 단계; 및2) 상기 활성화 고분자를 췌장소도 막에 결합시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 단계 1의 고분자는 친수성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 친수성 고분자는 물과의 접촉각이 90도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 친수성 고분자는 폴리(아크릴산)계 (poly[acrylic acid]), 폴리(아크릴산염)계 (poly[acrylate]), 폴리(아크릴아마이드)계 (poly[acrylamide]), 폴리(비닐에스테르)계 (poly[vinyl ester]), 폴리(비닐알콜)계 (poly[vinyl alcohol]), 폴리스티렌계 (polystryene), 폴리옥사이드계 (polyoxide), 셀룰로오즈계 (cellulose), 전분계 (starch), 폴리다당류계 (polysaccharide), 폴리일렉트로라이트계 (polyelectrolyte), 폴리(1-니트로프로필렌) (poly[1-nitropropylene]), 폴리(N-비닐피롤리돈) (poly[N-vinyl pyrrolidone]), 폴리비닐아민 (poly[vinyl amine]), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (polyethylene glycol, PEG) 및 이들의 유도체 또는 혼합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, PEG는 PEG, 모노메톡시 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (monomethoxy polyethylene glycol), PEG 프로피론산의 숙시니미드 (succinimide of PEG propionic acid), PEG 부타논산의 숙시니미드 (succinimide of PEG butanoic acid), 가지달린 PEG-HNS (branched PEG-NHS), PEG 숙시니미딜 숙시네이트 (PEG succinimidyl succinate), 카복시메틸화 PEG의 숙시니미드 (succinimide of carboxymethylated PEG), PEG의 벤조트리아졸 카보네이트 (benzotriazole carbonate of PEG), PEG-글리시딜 에테르 (PEG-glycidyl ether), PEG-옥시카보닐이미다졸 (PEG-oxycarbonylimidazole), PEG 니트로페닐 카보네이트 (PEG nitrophenylcarbonates), PEG-알데히드 (PEG-aldehyde) 및 이들의 유사체 또는 혼합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, PEG의 분자량은 100 내지 1,000,000 달톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 고분자는 측쇄 또는 말단에 관능기가 부착된 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 관능기는 아민기 (amine group), 하이드록실기 (hydroxyl group), 카르복실기 (carboxyl group), 설폰기 (sulfone group) 및 이들의 혼합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 고분자는 항혈전성을 갖는 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 항혈전성을 갖는 고분자는 헤파린, 재조합 헤파린 (recombinant heparin), 헤파린 유도체 (heparin derivative) 및 헤파린과 유사한 특성을 갖는 헤파린 유사체 (heparin analogue)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 단계 2에서 고분자를 췌장소도 막에 결합하는 방법은 화학적 공유결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 화학적 공유 결합방법은 췌장소도의 아민기, 하이드록실기, 카르복실기, 티올기 (thiol group) 및 아지드기 (azide group)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 반응기를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 췌장소도 막에 고분자를 1회 또는 반복적으로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 췌장소도 막에 다양한 분자량의 고분자를 반복적으로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 췌장소도 막에 증폭화 반응 (amplification)을 거친 고분자를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 증폭화 반응 (amplification)은 다관능성 고분자, 비닐계 고분자 및 티올계 고분자로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 고분자를 췌장소도 막에 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 췌장소도 막에 관능성 (functional) 고분자를 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 고분자의 관능기는 설폰기 및 카르복실기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면개질 방법.
