Claims (6)
- 삼일열 말라리아 (Plasmodium vivax)의 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 (DBP)을 코딩하는 하기의 유전자 염기서열.
- 삼일열 말라리아 (Plasmodium vivax)의 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 (DBP)을 구성하는 하기의 아미노산 서열.
- 상기 제 1항 기재의 삼일열 말라리아 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 유전자를 pQE30에 도입시켜 구축한 재조합 벡터 KPV DBP-1.
- 삼일열 말라리아 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 유전자를 포함하는 상기 제 3항 기재의 재조합 벡터 KPV DBP-1를 JM109 및 M15 숙주세포에 도입시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 삼일열 말라리아 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 생산 형질전환체.
- 제 4항 기재의 재조합 삼일열 말라리아 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 생산 형질전환체로부터 발현되는 재조합 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질.
- 제 4항 기재의 재조합 삼일열 말라리아 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질 생산 형질전환체를 분쇄하여 원심분리한 후 상층액을 회수하여 컬럼 크로마토그래피하여 정제한 재조합 더피 혈액형 부착 표면 단백질을 소 혈청 알부민을 표준단백질로 하여 검체와 반응시킨 후 goat anti-human IgG와 horse radish peroxidase 접합체액을 반응시키고 TMB를 첨가하여 발색시킨 후 흡광도를 조사하여 말라리아를 검출하는 단계로 구성되는 말라리아 검출방법.
