Claims (17)

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 단자엽 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자전환 식물 세포.
- 번역 조절 종양 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자를 발현하는 유전자전환 식물 또는 상기 식물의 자손.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 쌍자엽 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자전환 식물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 단자엽 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자전환 식물.
- 번역 조절 종양 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자를 가지는 상기 식물을 형질전환함으로써 고등 식물의 성장률을 향상시키는 방법.
