Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 I 을 갖는, 화합물의 사용 중에, 0.01 내지 10 g/l 범위의 농도로 사용되는 한 개 이상의 화합물의, 경성 표면, 예컨대 금속 표면의 탈지/세정에서의 용도:[화학식 I]Z-X-[CH(R3)-CH(R4)-O]n-[CH2CH2-O]p-R5(식 중,Z 는 비시클로[a,b,c]헵테닐 또는 비시클로[a,b,c]헵틸 라디칼을 나타내며(여기서,a+b+c = 5 이며,a = 2, 3 또는 4 이고;b = 2 또는 1 이고;c = 0 또는 1 이고;상기 라디칼은 한 개 이상의 C1-C6알킬 라디칼로 임의 치환되고, 하기에 나타내는 것들로부터 선택되는 주쇄 Z 또는 해당 주쇄에서 이중 결합을 뺀 것을 포함한다;);X 는 -CH2-C(R1)(R2)-O- 또는 -O-CH(R'1)-CH(R'2)-O- 를 나타내고(여기서,동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R1, R2, R'1및 R'2는 수소, 또는 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형, 포화 또는 불포화 C1-C22탄화수소 라디칼, 바람직하게는 C1-C6을 나타낸다);동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R3및 R4는 수소, 또는 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형, 포화 또는 불포화 C1-C22탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내고, 단 R3또는 R4중 한 개 이상이 수소 이외의 것이고;R5는 수소, 또는 치환될 수 있는 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형, 포화 또는 불포화,방향족 또는 비방향족 C1-C22탄화수소 라디칼, 또는 하기로부터 선택되는 기를 나타낸다:-SO3M-OPO3(M)2-(CH2)r-COOM-(CH2)z-SO3M(식 중:M 은 수소, 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄 관능기 N(R)4 +를 나타내며 (식 중, 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 R 은 수소, 또는 히드록실화될 수 있는 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형, 포화 또는 불포화 C1-C22탄화수소 라디칼을 나타낸다);r 은 1 내지 6 의 범위이고;z 는 1 내지 6 의 범위이다);n 은 3 내지 5 (한계치 포함) 범위의 정수 또는 분수이고;p 는 6 내지 10 (한계치 제외) 범위의 정수 또는 분수이다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, n 이 3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, p 가 6.2 내지 7 (한계치 포함) 의 범위, 바람직하게는 6.3 내지 7 (한계치 포함) 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, n 이 4 내지 5 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, p 가 7 (한계치 포함) 내지 10 (한계치 제외) 의 범위, 바람직하게는 8 (한계치 포함) 내지 10 (한계치 제외) 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, 라디칼 Z 가 한 개 이상의 그 탄소 원자상에서 두 개의 C1-C6알킬 라디칼로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, X 가 -CH2-C(R1)(R2)-O- 를 나타내고, 주쇄 Z 가 화학식 c) 내지 g) 로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, 주쇄 Z 가 화학식 d) 및 e) 로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, X 가 -O-CH(R'1)-CH(R'2)-O- 를 나타내고, 라디칼 Z 가 이중 결합이 없는 비시클릭 주쇄인 주쇄 c) 에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 화학식 I 에서, 라디칼 Z 가 비시클의 탄소 2 또는 탄소 5 상에서 C1-C6알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 메틸 라디칼로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 금속 플레이트의 탈지/세정을 위해 사용되고; 화합물의 농도가 사용 중에 0.01 내지 5 g/l 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 플랫폼의 탈지/세정을 위해 사용되고; 화합물의 농도가 사용 중에 0.01 내지 10 g/l 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물이 오일 생산 웰의 탈지/세정을 위해 사용되고; 화합물의 농도가 0.01 내지 5 g/l 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
