Description
Claims (20)
- 하나의 저분자량 분획과 하나 이상의 고분자량 분획을 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체를 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물과 혼합하는 단계(c)(당해 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물은 상대적인 양에서, 그리고 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물 중 저분자량 분획의 용액이 형성되도록 하는 조건하에서는 저분자량 분획용 용매로 되지만 고분자량 분획용 용매로는 되지 않는다)와고분자량 분획으로부터 저분자량 분획의 용액을 분리시키는 단계(d)를 포함하여,하나의 저분자량 분획과 하나 이상의 고분자량 분획을 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체를 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체 1중량부당 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물 2중량부 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 탄소수 6 이하의 케톤 또는 지방족 알콜을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 극성 화합물과 비극성 화합물과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)의 저분자량 분획이 1000달톤 이하의 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 이소프로판올 또는 이소프로판올과 헥산과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 아세톤 또는 아세톤과 헥산과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 하나의 저분자량 분획과 하나 이상의 고분자량 분획을 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체를 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물과 혼합하는 단계(c)(당해 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물은 상대적인 양에서, 그리고 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물 중 저분자량 분획의 용액이 형성되도록 하는 조건하에서는 저분자량 분획용 용매로 되지만 고분자량 분획용 용매로는 되지 않는다)(c),고분자량 분획으로부터 저분자량 분획의 용액을 분리시키는 단계(d) 및저분자량 분획의 용액으로부터 저분자량 분획을 회수하는 단계(e)를 포함하여,금속 시아나이드 촉매, 하나의 저분자량 분획 및 하나 이상의 고분자량 분획을 포함하는 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체로부터 금속 시아나이드 촉매를 제거하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드) 중합체 1중량부당 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물 2중량부 이상을 사용하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 탄소수 6 이하의 케톤 또는 지방족 알콜을 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 극성 화합물과 비극성 화합물과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)의 저분자량 분획이 1000달톤 이하의 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 이소프로판올 또는 이소프로판올과 n-헥산과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물이 아세톤 또는 아세톤과 헥산과의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회수한 저분자량 분획이 금속 시아나이드 촉매로부터의 금속을 2ppm 이하 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회수한 저분자량 분획의 잔류 촉매 수준이 금속 함량으로서 나타내어 5ppm 이하인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회수한 저분자량 분획의 잔류 촉매 수준이 금속 함량으로서 나타내어 1ppm 이하인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회수한 저분자량 분획의 잔류 촉매 수준이 금속 함량으로서 나타내어 0.05ppm 이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 분획이 후속적인 중합 공정으로 재순환되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 고분자량 분획이 후속적인 중합 공정으로 재순환되는 방법.
