Claims (10)
- a) 적어도 2개의 반응기를 포함하는 반응기 케스케이드(cascade) 중에서의 테레프탈산과 1,4-부탄디올의 직접 에스테르화,b) 단계 a)에서 수득된 에스테르화 생성물의 예비축합, 및c) 단계 b)에서 수득된 예비축합물의 중축합을 포함하며, 이때, 단계 a)의 반응기 케스케이드를 따라서 반응 압력은 하강하고, 온도는 상승하지 않는, 테레프탈산 및 1,4-부탄디올로부터 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 연속 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)에서 에스테르화는 <1bar의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 3개의 반응기를 포함하는 상기 반응기 케스케이드에 있어서, 제 1 반응기의 압력(p1)은 <1bar이고, 제 2 반응기의 압력(p2)은 <p1-100mbar이고, 제 3 반응기의 압력(p3)은 <p2인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)는 170 내지 250℃에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 시작시에1,4-부탄디올 대 테레프탈산의 몰비가 1.1:1 내지 3.5:1인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 최종 반응기 후의 전환율은, 상기 단계 b)의 예비축합이 개시되기 전에, 테레프탈산을 기준으로 하여 >97%인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)가 촉매, 바람직하게는 테트라부틸 오르토티타네이트의 존재 하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)가 220 내지 300℃의 온도 및 0.05bar 내지 상기 단계 a)의 반응기 케스케이드의 최종 반응기에서의 에스테르화 압력 범위의 압력에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)에서 수득된 예비축합물이 상기 단계 c)에서 240 내지 290℃ 및 0.2 내지 20mbar의 압력에서 중축합되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 중축합은 수득된 중축합물이 <50meq/kg의 산가를 가질때까지 계속되는 방법.
