Claims (9)
- (1) 비정형 스티렌계 고분자 및 유기점토를 회분식 믹서 또는 압출기에 넣고 상기 비정형 스티렌계 고분자의 유리전이온도 이상에서 용융 혼련하여 복합재료를 제조하고;(2) 결정성 폴리스티렌 및 상기 복합재료를 상기 결정성 폴리스티렌의 용융 온도 이상에서 용융 혼련하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1) 단계의 비정형 스티렌계 고분자 및 유기점토의 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 20 : 1의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (2) 단계의 결정성 폴리스티렌 및 복합재료의 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 20 : 1의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 결정성 폴리스티렌, 비정형 스티렌계 고분자 및 유기점토를 회분식 믹서나 압출기에 동시에 넣고 상기 결정성 폴리스티렌의 용융 온도 이상에서 용융 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 폴리스티렌의 나노복합재료 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비정형 스티렌계 고분자의 조성은 5 내지 30 중량%의 범위를 가지고, 그리고 상기 유기점토의 조성은 1 내지 30 중량%의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 결정성 폴리스티렌은 입체규칙성을 갖는 스티렌계 고분자이며, 이소탁틱 폴리스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리메틸스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리에틸스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리이소프로필스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리터셔리부틸스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리비닐스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리클로로스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리브로모스티렌, 신디오탁틱 폴리플루오로스티렌, 신디오탁틱 스티렌-이소프렌 공중합체 및 신디오탁틱 스티렌-비닐나프탈렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 비정형 스티렌계 고분자는 상기 결정성 폴리스티렌과 상용성이 있고 상기 유기점토와 삽입 구조 또는 박리 구조를 형성하는 고분자이며, 어택틱(atactic) 폴리스티렌, 스티렌-무수말레산 공중합체, 옥사졸린 폴리스티렌, 스티렌과 에틸렌 또는 부틸렌의 블록공중합체 계열인 스티렌-부타디엔 블록공중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌 블록공중합체, 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 블록공중합체 및 무수말레산이 그라프트된 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 블록공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 유기점토는 알킬암모늄 이온 또는 알킬포스포늄 이온으로 유기 치환된 2 : 1 층상구조를 가진 규산염 광물이며, 몬트모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 헥토라이트(hectorite) 및 사포나이트(saponite)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합재료.
