Description
Claims (4)
- 피 측정자가 자신의 신상명세서와 혈액형을 포함하는 각종 신체 조건들을 수동으로 입력시킬 수 있고, 피 측정자가 자신의 신체의 일부를 소정의 시간동안 터치하고 있으면 혈압· 심전도· 혈중산소포화도· 체온· 혈당· 체지방 등의 생체신호가 자동으로 측정되어 저장되며, 측정 저장된 데이터와 통신제어단말장치(3)로부터 입력되는 의료전문인의 진료 및 소견과 각 데이터를 영상 및 음성으로 출력시킬 수 있도록 하는 생채신호측정단말장치(2)와,통상의 유·무선통신수단에 의해 생체신호측정단말장치(2)를 통하여 입력되는 데이터는 모니터링센터 또는 관제센터를 통하여 전송시켜주고, 의료전문인의 영상 및 음서의 진단 및 소견은 모니터링센터 또는 관제센터를 통하여 전송 받아 생체신호측정단말장치(2)로 전송시켜주도록 된 통신제어단말장치(3)를 포함하여서된 원격진료측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,생체신호측정단말장치(2)는,다수의 사용자중에서 해당 사용자번호를 선택하고, 각 사용자의 신장·체중·가슴둘레·허리둘레·엉덩이둘레 등을 인위적으로 조작하여 입력시켜주며, 사용자의 기분이나 특성 등을 선택적으로 입력시켜주는 엔코더보턴(18)과,혈압모듈(15) 와 심전도 및 혈중산소포화농도프로세서(16)에 의하여 각종 생체 변수들의 신호를 감지하는 생체신호감지부(14)와,측정 또는 입력된 신호를 영상으로 표시하여주는 영상표시기(13)와,측정 및 입력된 신호를 수집·분석·저장하는 사용자인터페이스(12-1)와 신호제어와 모니터링센터 및 전문가시스템에 신호를 통보하고 수신메시지를 처리하여주는 직렬통신모듈(12-2)로 이루어지는 통신제어부(12)와,입력되는 전원을 소정의 전압으로 변환시켜 출력시켜주고 정전시에 전원을 유지시켜주는 전원부(11)를 포함하여서된 원격진료측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,통신제어단말장치(3)는,생체신호측정단말장치(2)로부터 측정되어 수신되는 생체신호를 시리얼 통신 방법으로 수신하고 저장하며, 생체신호측정단말장치(2)에 가입자정보를 제공하도록 하는 기능과,전원을 공급하고 충전시키며 공용전화네트워크(PSTN)과 연결되어 모니터링센터 및 전문가시스템과는 데이터를 송·수신할 수 있도록 하는 기능과,생체신호를 가공하여 모니터링시스템으로 통보하고 모니터링시스템으로부터 수신된 메시지를 생체신호측정단말장치(2)의 액정표시기(13)로 출력시켜주도록 하는 기능과,모니터링센터 및 의료전문가와 음성통화를 구현할 수 있도록 마이크(28)와 스피커(29)를 포함하여서된 원격진료측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,생체신호측정단말장치(2)와 통신제어단말장치(3)를 분리형으로 형성하여 분리·결합시킬 수 있도록 된 것과, 상호간의 데이터를 유무선 통신으로 전송할 수 있도록 된 것을 포함하여서된 원격진료측정장치.
