Claims (2)
- 기어의 표면에 고압에어와 함께 숏볼을 투사하여 기어 표면에 압축잔류응력을 형성시킴으로써 기어의 피로강도를 향상시키는 에어노즐 숏피이닝을 이용한 기어가공방법에 있어서,상기 숏볼의 투사방향이 인접 치형의 인벌류트선과 이끝원의 접점(B1)에서 피이닝대상이 되는 치형의 인벌류트선과 이뿌리원의 접점(B2)을 연결하는 직선과 평행인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어노즐 숏피이닝을 이용한 기어가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 숏볼의 투사각도가 인접 치형의 인벌류트선과 이끝원의 접점(B1)에서 피이닝대상이 되는 치형의 인벌류트선과 이뿌리원의 접점(B2)을 연결하는 직선에 대해 0°∼15°인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어노즐 숏피이닝을 이용한 기어가공방법.
