Claims (5)
- 분말이나 입자형태의 PTFE를 저장할 수 있고 교대 가동이 가능한 적어도 2개의 PTFE주 저장조와, 상기 PTFE 주 저장조와는 볼밸브 및 진공용 투명 호스로 연결되고 PTFE 주 저장조로부터 공급받은 PTFE를 공정에 투입하기 전에 임시 보관하는 PTFE 보조 저장조와, 모터 및 마그네틱 드라이버 구동수단에 의해 회전수 조절이 가능한 상태로 가동되며 상기 PTFE 보조 저장조로부터 공급받은 PTFE를 냉각기를 거쳐 공정 내에 정량 투입하는 수직형 스크류 피더와, PTFE에 대한 열분해를 수행하여 TFE가스를 생성하고 생성된 TFE 가스를 후공정의 TFE 응축조에 보내는 수직형 열분해 반응기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 열분해 반응장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직형 열분해 반응기는 재질로 Inconnely를 사용한원통형 반응기로서 내경이 50∼200mm이며, 길이가 500∼1500mm이고 정자형 방열체에 충진되는 볼의 크기가 5∼15mm로 구성되어 있는 열분해 반응기를 특징으로 하는 연속식 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 열분해 반응장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직형 열분해 반응기는 내부에서 일정한 간격으로배치되는 다수의 플레이트 및 그 위에 투입되는 다수의 볼과, 상단의 냉각 자켓 및 하단의 PTFE 가스 배출부를 포함하는 정자형 방열체와, 상기 정자형 방열체의 내측 상단에 설치되는 온도계 및 스크류 피더의 회전력을 이용한 누적층 분쇄기와, 상기 정자형 방열체를 둘러싸고 있는 가열로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 열분해 반응장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PTFE 주 저장조, PTFE 보조 저장조, 수직형 스크류 피더, 냉각기, 수직형 열분해 반응기는 진공 펌프수단과 순환 냉매수단에 의해 그 진공상태 및 냉각상태가 제어될 수 있도록 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 열분해 반응장치.
- PTFE 주 저장조에 분말 혹은 입자형 PTFE를 채우고 전체 시스템을 10-3torr까지 진공 탈기한 후 수직형 열분해 반응기의 온도를 500∼1000℃까지 가열하는 단계와, PTFE 주 저장조와 PTFE 보조 저장조 사이의 볼밸브를 열고 수직형 스크류 피더를 가동하여 PTFE를 수직형 열분해 반응기에 투입하는 단계와, 수직형 열분해 반응기의 압력을 5torr 이하로 유지하면서 반응기를 운전하여 소정의 TFE 가스를 생성하는 단계와, -142.5℃ 이하로 유지되는 TFE 저장조에 가스상의 TFE를 응축, 냉동시켜 저장하는 단계와, 고체화된 TFE를 가열하여 가스상의 TFE로 전환한 후 중합방지제를 통과하여 안정한 상태의 TFE 가스를 저장하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 열분해 반응장치를 이용한 테트라플루오르에티렌 제조방법.
