Claims (4)
- z축을 포함하는 평면상에 있어서 그 z축과 직교하는 축에 대하여 경사된 레이저 광선을 사출하고, 관찰 대상면에, 레이저 스포트를 표시하는 광원;상기 레이저 스포트를 촬영한, 실질상 z방향으로 넓은 시야를 가지는 촬영 수단; 및,상기 광원 및 촬영 수단을 탑재한 지지대;를 구비하는 벽면 관찰 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촬영 수단의 전방에 있어서, 관찰 대상면의 레이저 스포트를 촬영 수단에 반사한, 상기 지지대에 장비한 반사 수단;을 추가적으로 구비하는 벽면 관찰 장치.
- z축을 포함하는 평면상에 있어서 그 z축과 직교하는 축에 대하여 경사한 레이저 광선을 사출하고, 관찰 대상면에, 레이저 스포트를 표시하는 광원;상기 레이저 스포트를 촬영하기 위한, 실질상 z방향으로 넓은 시야를 가지는 촬영 수단;상기 광원 및 촬영 수단을, z축을 중심으로 선회 구동하는 구동 수단;그 구동 수단을 지지하는 지지대; 및상기 촬영 수단의 y 방향 전방에 있어서 상기 지지대에 갖추어지고, 상기 광원이 투사하는 레이저를 관찰 대상면에 반사하고, 관찰 대상면의 레이저 스포트를 촬영 수단으로 반사하는 반사 수단;을 구비하는 벽면 관찰 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,촬영 수단은, z방향을 선분상으로 촬영하는 1차원 카메라인 벽면 관찰 장치.
