Claims (3)
- 고온 경화형 접착제로써 스트레인 게이지를 감지부에 접착하는 스트레인 게이지 부착 장치에 있어서, 감지부 기둥을 감쌀 수 있는 덮개 형태로 되어있고, 덮개 외측 측면에는 나사 체결부가 설치되어 있으며, 덮개 내부에는 발열 코일이 감겨져 있고, 발열 코일의 단부는 제어부의 열조절기에 연결되어 있는 발열 패드로 구성되는 발열부와 한 변이 개방된 마제형 형상으로써, 개방된 기둥의 내부 양측에는 감지부(1)와 동일한 곡률을 가지면서 일정한 면적을 지니는 원통 패드가 길이 가변축에 연결되어 설치된 압축 클램프로 구성되는 압축부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레인 게이지 부착 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서 압축 클램프의 감지부(1)와 접면부가 평면 형상을 이루고, 일면은 평면 형상을 이루며 감지부(1)와의 접면은 감지부와 동일한 곡률을 갖는 원통형을 지니는 분리형 보호 패드(33)를 추가적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레인 게이지 부착 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 길이 가변축은 나선형 볼트(32) 또는 외측에 스프링이 설치된 지지축(33)이 모두 또는 하나씩 선택적으로 사용되어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레인 게이지 부착 장치.
