Claims (5)
- 세척후 건조된 건조효모 현탁액을 열처리 실활 후 엔도형 단백질분해효소, 세포벽 분해효소, 핵산분해효소, 엑소형 단백질 분해효소를 첨가하고 서서히 반응시킨다음 효소를 불 활성화하고, 원심분리 및 여과 후 상등액을 진공농축시킴을 특징으로 하는 경제성이 뛰어나고 수율이 향상된 정미성 핵산효모 엑기스의 제조법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 엔도형단백질분해효소, 세포벽 분해 효소, 핵산분해효소, 엑소형단백분해효소를 동시에 첨가 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 생산성을 높인핵산효모 엑기스 추출방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 엔도형단백질분해효소, 세포벽 분해 효소, 핵산분해효소, 엑소형단백분해효소를 pH 6-9, 온도 40-60℃에서 6시간이상 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 핵산 효모엑기스 추출방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 효모가 사카로마이세스속 효모 및 캔디다속의 효모임을 특징으로 하는 핵산 효모엑기스 추출방법
- 제 1항의 방법에 따라 제조한 제품
