Claims (24)
- 평균 2 내지 6개의 이소시아네이트 관능기를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 성분, 및 멜라민 성분을 포함하는 투명 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 관능기를 단량체성 알콜과 반응시킴으로써 상기 이소시아네이트 관능기가 블로킹되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 1 종 이상의 유기 주석 또는 산 촉매를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기 주석 촉매가 디부틸주석 디아세테이트, 디부틸주석 디라우레이트, 산화 디부틸주석, 주석(II) 옥테이트 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산 촉매가 도데실벤젠술폰산, 아민으로 블로킹된 도데실벤젠술폰산, 아민으로 블로킹된 파라-톨루엔술폰산, 아민으로 블로킹된 페닐 산 포스페이트, 아민으로 블로킹된 디노닐나프탈렌술폰산, 페닐 산 포스페이트 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 것인 조성물.

- 제1 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트를 조성물 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 35 내지 95 중량% 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트가 평균 2.5 내지 6개의 이소시아네이트 관능기를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민 성분이 단량체성 멜라민, 중합체성 멜라민 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민을 조성물 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 95 중량% 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제12 항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민을 조성물 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 65 중량% 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동성 변형 수지를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 팩 조성물 형태이고, 2 팩 조성물의 첫 번째 팩은 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 포함하고, 2 팩 조성물의 두 번째 팩은 상기 멜라민 성분을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 VOC (휘발성 유기 성분)가 조성물 1 리터 당 유기 용매 0.1 내지 0.53 킬로그램 범위에서 변하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물로부터 생성된 기판 상의 투명 코팅이 80 이상의 DOI 등급을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자외선 안정제, 광 흡수제 또는 이들의 조합을 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 평균 2 내지 6개의 이소시아네이트 관능기를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 이소시아네이트, 및 멜라민 성분을 포함하는 투명 코팅 조성물의 층을 도포하고;상기 층을 투명 코팅으로 경화시키는 것을 포함하는, 기판 상에 투명 코팅을 생성하는 방법.
