Claims (2)
- 고규소 용선의 제조방법에 있어서,규소함량이 0.65~3.0% 범위인 용선의 Si성분을 분석하고 그 Si 농도에 따른 산소 취련량을 결정하는 단계;용강중의 슬래그의 염기도가 1.0~1.5의 범위가 되도록 슬래그에 CaO를 투입하면서 상기에서 정한 산소 취련량에 의해 전로에서 용선중의 Si를 탈규처리하는 단계;탈규처리된 슬래그를 배재하는 단계; 및슬래그가 배재된 용선에 단계적으로 송산유량을 늘리면서 탈탄 취련하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 슬로핑 발생이 없는 고규소 용선의 정련방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si 함량(%Si)에 따른 산소 취련량(y)은 y(N㎥)= 2543.6(%Si)으로 결정함을 특징으로 하는 정련방법
