Abstract
본 고안은 가정의 주방 씽크대 하부에 장치되는 주방용 음식찌꺼기 파쇄기(디스포서) 하부의 배출 배관이 막히는 것을 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래 가정의 씽크대 하부에 장치되던 음식찌꺼기 파쇄기류는 음식찌꺼기를 파쇄처리하여 배출 배관에 흘려 이송시킨 후 하수관거에 직투입하든 또는 공동 주거단지내의 오수처리장에서 처리하든 각 가정의 입장에서는 매우 편리한 장치이긴 하였으나 그 하부에 연결되는 가정용 배수 배관이 일반적으로 소구경 관을 사용 할 수 밖에 없는 관계로 배관의 굴곡부나 수평부에 침적된 찌꺼기들이 굳어져 결국 배관이 폐색되므로써 사용할 때 오히려 파쇄기 상부나 씽크대 위쪽으로 물이 오버 플로우 되는 경우들이 자주 있었다. 본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 파쇄기의 직하부 배출 배관에 배출 방향으로 분출되는 세정샤워 노즐을 취부하고 이에 상수도 배관을 연결한 후 파쇄기의 작동이 멈출 때마다 그 전기 신호를 받아 10-20초 정도씩 솔레노이드 밸브를 열어 자동으로 샤워 노즐에서 세정수가 분출되도록 함으로써 배출배관의 굴곡부나 수평부에 남아 있는 파쇄된 음식 찌꺼기를 즉시 씻어내리도록 구성된 것으로서 배관의 초입부를 씻어내리며 유동성이 없는 파쇄된 음식찌꺼기를 유동성이 좋은 물과 함께 유송시켜 구경이 큰 주 배관까지 흘려 보내므로서 소구경 배관내의 침적, 고착 및 배관 폐색을 방지하게 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing the discharge pipe of the lower portion of the kitchen food waste shredder (disposer) is installed in the lower part of the kitchen sink in the home. 제1도를 참고하여 보면, 주방의 씽크대 하부에 장치되는 주방용 음식 찌꺼기 파쇄기(1)의 직하부 배출 배관(2) 측부에 배관 배출 방향으로 분사되는 세정샤워 노즐(3)을 취부하고 상기 세정샤워 노즐(3)에 상수도 배관(4)을 연결한다. 상기 세정 샤워 노즐(3)과 상기 상수도 배관(4)사이에는 솔레노이드 밸브(5)를 장치하고 상기 솔레노이드 밸브(5)는 상기 음식찌꺼기 파쇄기(1)의 작동이 멈출 때마다 그 전기 신호를 받아 10-20초 정도씩 개방되어 상기 세정샤워 노즐(3)에서 세정수(6)가 분출되도록 한다.Referring to FIG. 1, a washing shower nozzle 3 is sprayed into the pipe discharge direction on the side of the discharge pipe 2 directly under the kitchen food waste crusher 1 installed under the sink of the kitchen, and the cleaning shower is installed.
