Claims (3)
- 소정의 산소 함유량을 얻기 위해 알루미늄으로 킬드된 (또는 킬드 과정 중에 있는) 용융 극저탄소강 또는 저탄소강에 칼슘을 첨가하여, 강이 주형 내에서 주조되는 온도 이하의 융점을 갖는 탈산화 함유물을 형성하는 연속주조 강의 레들-내 (in-ladle) 야금 처리 방법으로서,상기 레들에서부터 주형에 이르는 처리 과정 동안 용강의 마그네슘 함유량이 최소 약 2 ppm 내지 최고 10 ppm으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘은 탭핑 레들 (tapping ladle)로 도입되며, 마그네슘 함유량은 가능하게는 10 중량% 이하의 MgO를 함유하는 염기 슬래그를 사용하는 금속-슬래그 교환에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘은 소모성 코어드 와이어 (cored wire)의 형태로서 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
