도 3은 본 발명에 따른 이동단말기를 이용한 임시주차 정보 시스템을 이용한 임시주차 등록의 순서도 를 나타낸 것으로 전체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 임시주차를 원하는 운전자는 이동단말기(PCS 혹은 셀룰러폰 등)를 이용하여 주차정보를 선택하고, 임시주차 등록을 선택한다. 그리고 현재의 주차하려는 지역확인을 위해 지역구분1을 선택입력하고 이어서 지역구분2를 선택입력 한 후, 주차하려는 주차구획의 주차구획번호를 입력하고, 주차하려는 차량번호를 입력함과 아울러 주차시간을 입력한다. 다음엔 정확한 입력이 이루어 졌는지 입력된 내용을 확인하게 한 후 등록 또는 취소가 선택되도록 한다. 취소를 선택하였으면, 임시주차 등록을종료하고, 등록을 선택하였으면 임시주차정보서버로 임시주차등록데이터를 전송하게 된다. 상기 임시주차 등록정보를 수신한 임시주차정보서버는 수신된 데이터를 보내온 단말기의 번호 등 발신 단말기의 정보를 취득한다. 다음엔 수신된 등록정보가 정당한지를 판단을 하게되고, 정당한 데이터가 아니면 임시주차 미승인 메시지를 만들어 단말기로 송신한다. 수신된 데이터가 정당하다고 판단되었을 경우에는 임시주차 데이터저장부에 저장한다. 다음에 임시주차 승인 메시지를 만들어 단말기로 송신하게 된다. 단말기에서는 임시주차정보서버에서 송신한 메시지데이터를 수신 받아 이동단말기의 디스플레이에 표시되도록 한다.3 is a flowchart illustrating a temporary parking registration using a temporary parking information system using a mobile terminal according to the present invention. 도 4는 본 발명에 따른 이동단말기를 이용한 임시주차 정보 시스템을 이용한 임시주차조회의 순서도 를 나타낸 것으로 전체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 주차구획에 주차되어져 있는 차량이 불법주차차량인지를 알고자 하는 사용자는 이동단말기(PCS 혹은 셀룰러폰 등)를 이용하여 주차정보를 선택하고, 임시주차 조회를 선택한다. 그리고 현재의 주차 지역확인을 위해 지역구분1을 선택입력하고 이어서 지역구분2를 선택입력 한 후, 주차구획의 주차구획번호를 입력한 후 조회 또는 취소가 선택되도록 한다. 취소를 선택하였으면, 임시주차 조회를 종료하고, 조회를 선택하였으면 임시주차정보서버로 조회데이터를 전송하게 된다. 상기 임시주차 조회정보를 수신한 임시주차 정보서버는 수신된 데이터를 보내온 단말기의 번호 등 발신 단말기의 정보를 취득한다. 다음엔 수신된 주차구획에 허가된 차량번호를 우선주차정보저장부에서 검색해 온다. 다음엔 해당시간에 임시주차로 등록되어 있는 차량번호가 있으면 검색해 온다. 검색된 데이터들을 단말기로 송신할 메시지를 만들기 위해 취합하고, 메시지를 단말기로 송신한다. 단말기에서는 임시주차정보서버에서 송신한 메시지데이터를 수신 받아 이동단말기의 디스플레이에 표시되도록 한다.4 is a flowchart illustrating a temporary parking inquiry using a temporary parking information system using a mobile terminal according to the present invention.
