- VIII족 원소를 함유하는 이성화촉매를 사용하여, 말레인산염을 이성화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 VIII족 원소를 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 이리듐 및 백금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 원소를 함유하는 금속염 또는 금속착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 루테늄염, 루테늄 착체, 로듐염 또는 로듐 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 RuCl2(PPh3)3, RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2,또는 RuClH(CO)(PPh3)3인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매에 더하여, 화학식 PR3(여기에서, R은 개별적으로 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 페닐을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 포스핀 화합물 및/또는 염기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀화합물의 첨가량은 상기 말레인산염 100중량부를 기준으로 해서 0.01~50.00중량부의 범위이고, 및/또는 상기 염기의 첨가량은 상기 말레인산염 100중량부를 기준으로 해서 0.01~50.00중량부의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 VIII족 금속이 촉매의 전 중량을 기준으로 해서 0.05~10중량%의 범위의 양으로 캐리어상에 담지되는 1종 이상의 담지형 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 VIII족 금속은 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 이리듐 및 백금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매의 VIII족 금속중 1개 이상의 금속은 루테늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매의 전 중량을 기준으로 해서 0.05~10중량%의 범위의양으로 캐리어상에 상기 루테늄 금속이 담지된 1개 이상의 담지형 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 VIII족 원소를 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 이리듐, 및 백금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 원소를 함유하는 금속염 또는 금속착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 루테늄염, 루테늄 착체, 로듐염, 또는 로듐 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는 RuCl2(PPh3)3, RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2,또는 RuClH(CO)(PPh3)3인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매에 더하여, 화학식 PR3(여기에서, R은 개별적으로 알킬, 시클로알킬 또는 페닐을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 포스핀 화합물 및/또는 염기가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀화합물의 첨가량은 상기 말레인산염 100중량부를 기준으로 해서 0.01~50.00중량부의 범위이고, 및/또는 상기 염기의 첨가량은 상기 말레인산염 100중량부를 기준으로 해서 0.01~50.00중량부의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매는, 촉매의 전 중량을 기준으로 해서 0.05~10중량%의 범위의 양으로 캐리어상에 VIII족 금속이 담지된 1종 이상의 담지형 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 VIII족 금속은 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 이리듐 및 백금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 이성화촉매의 VIII족 금속중 1개 이상의 금속은 루테늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 촉매의 전 중량을 기준으로 해서 0.05~10중량%의 범위의 양으로 캐리어상에 상기 루테늄 금속이 담지되는 1개 이상의 담지형 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-프로페닐옥시기를 함유하는 푸마르산염의 제조방법.
