Claims (5)
- 중공사 분리막 모듈을 분리하고자 하는 유체의 조에 직접 침지시켜 유체를 분리하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치에 있어서,중공사 분리막 모듈을 구성하는 각각의 중공사 분리막들이 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 하기 위해, 중공사 분리막들을 다발지어 형성한 중공사 분리막 다발의 양 말단 중 한쪽 말단에서만 접착제를 사용하여 다발의 형태를 고정시키고, 다발의 형태가 고정되지 않아 각 분리막의 움직임이 자유로운 다른 한 말단에서는 각각의 중공사 분리막들이 열처리 또는 접착제로 밀봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막 모듈; 및상기 중공사 분리막 모듈에 공기를 공급하기 위해 처리조의 하부에 장착된 다공성 산기수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중공사 분리막 모듈은 상기 중공사 분리막 다발의 한 말단에서 다발의 형태가 원형, 타원형 및 봉상으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 한 형태로 고정됨으로써 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중공사 분리막 모듈은 이를 구성하는 각 중공사 분리막들이 서로 얽히는 것을 방지하고 구조를 수직으로 유지하기 위한 수단으로 지지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중공사 분리막 모듈은 복수개인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 중공사 분리막 모듈을 수평 또는 수직으로 연결하는 여과액 흡입관 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막을 이용한 침지형 분리장치.
