Claims (7)
- 금속판 재료 표면에 아래의 성분:(A) 활성수소 함유 아미노기, 에폭시기, 비닐기, 메르캅토기 및 메타크릴옥시기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 반응성 관능기를 가진 1종 이상의 실란 커플링 화합물로 된 실란 커플링제 성분,(B) 아래의 일반식 (1)로 나타내어지는 1종 이상의 중합체를 2∼50의 평균 중합도로 함유하는 1종 이상의 중합체 성분:[단, 위의 식중에서 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 X는 수소원자, 히드록실기, C1∼C5의 알킬기, C1∼C5의 히드록시알킬기, C6∼C12의 아릴기, 벤질기, 벤잘기, 상기 벤젠환에 축합하여 나프탈렌환을 형성하는 불포화 탄화수소기 또는 아래의 식 (2)의 기:를 나타내고, 식 (2)중의 R1 및 R2는 각각 서로 수소원자, 히드록실기, C1∼C5의 알킬기, 또는 C1∼C10의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내며, 식 (1) 및 (2)에 있어서 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 Y1 및 Y2는 각각 서로 독립하여 수소원자 또는 아래의 식 (3) 및 (4)로 나타내어지는 Z기:를 나타내고, 상기 식 (3) 및 (4) 중의 R3, R4, R5 R6 및 R7은 각각 서로 독립하여 수소원자, C1∼C10의 알킬기 또는 C1∼C10의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내며, 상기 중합체 분자중의 각 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 X, Y1 및 Y2의 각각은 기타의 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 X, Y1 및 Y2의 각각과 동일해도 좋고 또는 서로 달라도 좋으며, 상기 중합체 분자중의 각 벤젠환에서의 상기 Z기의 치환수의 평균치는 0.2∼1.0임] 및(C) 왁스 성분으로 된 피복 조성물로써 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성, 도장성, 내지문성 및 가공성이 우수한 금속판 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제 성분 (A)의 중합체 성분 (B)에 대한 중량비 (A)/(B)가 1/10∼10/1이고, 상기 왁스 성분 (C)을 이 실란 커플링제 성분 (A)와 이 중합체 성분 (B)의 합계중량에 대한 중량비 (C)/[(A) + (B)]가 1/100∼2/1인 금속판 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제 성분 (A)가 (a) 1개 이상의 활성수소 함유 아미노기를 가진 1종 이상의 실란 커플링 화합물로 된 실란 커플링제와, (b) 1개 이상의 에폭시기를 가진 1종 이상의 실란 커플링 화합물로 된 실란 커플링제를 함유하는 금속판 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 융점 40∼120℃인 금속판 재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제 (a)에 함유되는 활성수소 함유 아미노기의 상기 실란 커플링제 (b)에 함유되는 에폭시기에 대한 당량비가 3:1∼1:3인 금속판 재료.
- 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제 (a)와 상기 실란 커플링제 (b)의 합계량의 상기 중합체 성분 (B)에 대한 중량비 [(a) + (b)]/(B)가 1:5∼5:1인 금속판 재료.
- 수성매체와, 이 수성매체중에 용해된 아래의 성분:(A) 활성수소 함유 아미노기, 에폭시기, 비닐기, 메르캅토기 및 메타크릴옥시기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 반응성 관능기를 가진 1종 이상의 실란 커플링 화합물로 된 실란 커플링제 성분,(B) 아래의 일반식 (1)로 나타내어지는 1종 이상의 수용성 중합체를 2∼50의 평균 중합도로 함유하는 1종 이상의 수용성 중합체 성분:[단, 식중에서 벤젠 환에 결합해 있는 X는 수소원자, 히드록실기, C1∼C5의 알킬기, C1∼C5의 히드록시알킬기, C6∼C12의 아릴기, 벤질기, 벤잘기, 상기 벤젠환에 축합하여 나프탈렌환을 형성하는 불포화 탄화수소기 또는 아래의 식 (2)의 기:를 나타내고, 식 (2)중의 R1 및 R2는 각각 서로 수소원자, 히드록실기, C1∼C5의 알킬기, 또는 C1∼C10의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내며, 식 (1) 및 (2)에 있어서 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 Y1 및 Y2는 각각 서로 독립하여 수소원자 또는 아래의 식 (3) 및 (4)로 나타내어지는 Z기:를 나타내고, 상기 식 (3) 및 (4) 중의 R3, R4, R5 R6 및 R7은 각각 서로 독립하여 수소원자, C1∼C10의 알킬기 또는 C1∼C10의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내며, 상기 중합체 분자중의 각 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 X, Y1 및 Y2의 각각은 기타의 벤젠환에 결합해 있는 X, Y1 및 Y2의 각각과 동일해도 좋고 또는 서로 달라도 좋으며, 상기 중합체 분자중의 각 벤젠환에서의 상기 Z기의 치환수의 평균치는 0.2∼1.0임], 및(C) 왁스 디스퍼젼(dispersion)으로 된 pH값 2.0∼6.5로 조정된 수성 조성물을 금속판 재료 표면에 건조후의 피복중량이 0.01∼3.0 g/m2가 되도록 도포, 건조하여 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성, 도장성, 내지문성 및 가공성이 우수한 금속판 재료의 제조방법.
