Claims (22)
- 서열 번호 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 순수한 인간 유래의 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질.
- 서열 번호 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열의 연속된 5개 이상의 아미노산으로 이루어지는 부분 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 순수한 펩티드.
- 제1항에 기재된 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질을 코드하는 단리된 DNA.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열 번호 1에 기재된 염기 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단리된 DNA.
- 서열 번호 3에 기재된 DNA 중의 연속된 12개 이상의 염기로 이루어지는 DNA 단편 또는 그 유도체.
- 서열 번호 4에 기재된 DNA 중의 연속된 12개 이상의 염기로 이루어지는 DNA 단편 또는 그 유도체.
- 서열 번호 3에 기재된 DNA에 상보적인 RNA 중의 연속된 12개 이상의 염기로이루어지는 RNA 단편 또는 그 유도체.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 DNA를 복제 가능한 발현 벡터에 조립한 복제 가능한 재조합체 DNA.
- 제8항에 기재된 복제 가능한 재조합체 DNA에 의해 형질 전환된 미생물 또는 배양 세포.
- (a) 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 DNA를 복제 가능한 발현 벡터에 결합하여, 상기 DNA와 복제 가능한 발현 벡터를 조립한 복제 가능한 재조합체 DNA를 얻고,(b) 상기 복제 가능한 재조합체 DNA에 의해 미생물 또는 배양 세포를 형질 전환시켜 형질 전환체를 형성시키고,(c) 상기 형질 전환체를 상기 미생물 또는 배양 세포의 모세포로부터 선별하고,(d) 상기 형질 전환체를 배양하여 상기 형질 전환체에 상기 DNA를 발현시키는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해 상기 형질 전환체의 세포 표면에 제조된 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질.
- 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질과 결합할 수 있는 리간드를 스크리닝하는 방법 으로서, 제1항 또는 제10항에 기재된 단백질, 또는 제2항에 기재된 펩티드를 샘플재료와 접촉시키고, 상기 단백질 또는 상기 펩티드와 리간드의 결합에 대응하여 일어나는 변화를 지표로 하여, 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질과 결합할 수 있는 리간드를 검출하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질과 상기 단백질에 대한 리간드와의 결합을 저해하는 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법으로서,제1항 또는 제10항에 기재된 단백질, 또는 제2항에 기재된 펩티드와 상기 리간드를 샘플 재료와 접촉시키고, 그리고 상기 단백질 또는 상기 펩티드와 상기 리간드와의 결합에 대응하여 일어나는 변화를 지표로 하여, 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질과 리간드와의 결합을 저해할 수 있는 물질을 검출하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질과 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 항체.
- 염증성 질환의 진단 방법으로서, 인간 백혈구에 발현되어 있는 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질의 발현량을 측정하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 7회 막관통형 수용체 단백질이 서열 번호 2에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 염증성 질환의 진단 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 염증성 질환이 만성 관절 류마티즘인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 인간 백혈구가 인간 과립구인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 인간 과립구가 인간 조직으로부터 채취한 과립구인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 인간 과립구가 진단을 행하기 6 시간 이상 전에 채취한 과립구인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 발현량의 측정을, 상기 단백질을 코드하는 mRNA의 정량에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 mRNA의 정량을, RT-PCR 법으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 발현량의 측정을, 상기 백혈구의 세포 표면에 존재하는 상기 단백질의 정량에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 단백질의 정량을, 상기 단백질과 특이적으로 반응하는 항체를 이용하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
