Claims (7)
- 다음 화학식 I의 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가염.화학식 I위의 화학식 I에서,R1은 할로겐, CF3, 알킬(C1-C3), 알콕시(C1-C3), CN 또는 SCH3이고,m은 0, 1 또는 2이며,R2는 수소 또는 알킬(C1-C3)이고,n은 3, 4, 5 또는 6이며,R3은 할로겐, 알킬(C1-C4) 또는 알콕시(C1-C4)이고,p는 0, 1 또는 2이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (R1)m이 H, F, Cl, CH3또는 CN이고, m이 1이며, R2가 H 또는 CH3이고, n이 4이며, (R3)p가 H, F 또는 알킬(C1-C4)이고, p가 1인 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가염.
- 제1항에 있어서, (R1)m이 F이고, m이 1이며, R2가 H이고, n이 4이며, p가 0인 화합물 및 약리학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가염.
- a) 다음 화학식 II의 화합물을 다음 화학식 III의 화합물(여기서, L은 이탈 그룹이다)과 반응시키거나,화학식 II화학식 IIIb) (i) A가 그룹 -(CH2)n-1-CN인 다음 화학식 IV의 화합물을 A가 그룹 -(CH2)n-NH2인 상응하는 화합물로 환원시키고,(ii) 수득한 아민 화합물을 다음 화학식 V의 프탈산 무수물 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 화합물의 제조방법.화학식 IV화학식 V위의 화학식 II, III, IV 및 V에서,R1, m, R2, n, R3및 p는 제1항에서 정의된 것과 같다.
- 활성 성분으로서 제1항에 따른 화합물을 하나 이상 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 화합물이 투여에 적합한 형태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 화합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중추신경계 장애의 치료방법.
