Claims (10)
- a) 성분 A으로서, 본질적으로 알로파네이트기가 없으며, 평균 NCO 관능가가 3.5 보다 크며, 20 ℃ 내지 50 ℃에서 DIN 53019에 따라 회전 점도계로 측정할 때 점도가 4,000 mPas 초과 내지 50,000 mPas인 1 종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이토이소시아누레이트, 및b) 성분 B으로서, 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성이어서 우레아, 우레탄, 티오우레탄 또는 아미드를 형성하는 평균 5 개를 넘는 관능기를 함유하는 1 종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A의 평균 관능가가 4.0 내지 7.0, 특히 4.2 내지 6.5인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 B가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 2 종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B의 평균 관능가가 10 보다 큰 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A의 점도가 23 ℃에서 8,000mPas 이상인 조성물.
- c) 성분 A으로서, 본질적으로 알로파네이트기가 없으며, 평균 NCO 관능가가 3.5 보다 크며, 20 ℃ 내지 50 ℃에서 점도가 4,000 mPas 초과 내지 50,000 mPas인 1 종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이토이소시아누레이트, 및d) 성분 B으로서, 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성이어서 우레아, 우레탄, 티오우레탄 또는 아미드를 형성하는 평균 5 개를 넘는 관능기를 함유하는 1 종 이상의 화합물을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 표면 코팅 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 쾨니히 펜둘럼(Konig pendulum) 경도가 80 s 이상인 표면 코팅물을 제조하기 위한, 본질적으로 알로파네이트기가 없으며, 평균 NCO 관능가가 3.5 보다 크며, 점도가 20 ℃ 내지 50 ℃에서 4,000 mPas 초과 내지 50,000 mPas인 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이토이소시아누레이트의 용도.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이토이소시아누레이트의 관능가가 4.0 내지 7.0인 용도.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이토이소시아누레이트의 점도가 20 ℃ 내지 50 ℃에서 DIN 53019에 따라 점도계로 측정할 때 8,000 mPas 초과 내지30,000 mPas인 용도.
- 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 코팅물이 개선된 스크래치(scratch) 내성 또는 향상된 산 내성 또는 이들 두 특성을 모두 갖는 것인 용도.
