Claims (19)
- 반응혼합물에 대한 용매에 용해된 염기 존재하에서 화학식 10의 보호된 1,2-디히드록시부티르아미드를 Hoffman 재배열 반응에 의해 반응시켜서 화학식 11의 보호된 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 아세탈을 제조하는 방법.(상기 화학식에서 R1및 R2는 보호기이다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응용매에서 산과 보호기를 함유한 반응 혼합물에서 3,4-디히드록시부티르아미드로부터 보호된 3,4-디히드록시부티르아미드가 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 용매에서 암모니아를 포함한 반응 혼합물에서 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤으로부터 3,4-디히드록시부티르아미드가 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 3 항에 있어서, 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤과 보호된 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 아세탈이 대장성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호기가 알킬옥시, 아릴옥시, 아실옥시, 할로, 술포닐옥시, 술페이트, 포스페이트, 사카라이드 또는 이의 조합에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호기가 알킬리덴, 아릴리덴, 아실리덴 또는 이의 조합에서 선택된 아세탈임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호기가 제미날 디메톡시-아세탈임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호된 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 아세탈이 산과 반응하여 1-아미노-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호된 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 아세탈이 산의 존재하에서 할라이드 공급원 및 아질산염과 반응하여 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 염기와 반응하여 대장성 2,3-에폭시-1-히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 생성된 보호된 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 아세탈과 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 대장성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 할로가 Cl, Br, I 또는 F에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤을 암모니아와 반응시켜 3,4-디히드록시부티르아미드를 생성하고;(b) 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤을 산의 존재하에 아세톤 및 디메톡시프로판과 반응시켜 3,4-디히드록시부티르아미드 이소프로필리덴 아세탈을 생성하고;(c) 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤을 산의 존재하에 아세톤 및 염기 존재하에서 하이포할라이트와 반응시켜 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 이소프로필리덴 아세탈을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 이소프로필리덴 아세탈이 산과 반응하여 1-아미노-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 14 항에 있어서, 3-히드록시-γ부티로락톤과 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 이소프로필리덴 아세탈이 대장성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 이소프로필리덴 아세탈이 산의 존재하에서 할라이드 공급원 및 아질산염과 반응하여 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 염기와 반응하여 대장성 2,3-에폭시-1-히드록시프로판이 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 3-아미노-1,2-디히드록시프로판 이소프로필리덴 아세탈과 1-할로-2,3-디히드록시프로판이 대장성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 할로가 Cl, Br, I 또는 F에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
