Claims (10)
- 도전성 충전제와 수지를 함유하는 전자 도전성 재료를 갖는 전자 도전성 재료층과 상기 전자 도전성 재료층 위에 형성한 활물질층을 구비하고 상기 전자 도전성 재료는 온도의 상승과 함께 그 저항이 상승하는 전극에서 상기 전자 도전성 재료에 포함되는 상기 도전성 충전재의 비율을 55 중량부 ~ 70 중량부로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,수지는 90도 ~ 160도의 범위내에서 융점을 갖고 있는 것을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전자 도전성 재료의 입경을 0.05(μm) ~ 100(μm)으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,도전성 충전재를 카본 재료 또는 도전성 비산화물로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,수지를 결정성 수지로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,정극과 부극과 상기 정극 및 상기 부극에 기재한 전극을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 전극의 제조방법으로서(a) 도전성 충전재와 수지를 함유하는 전자 도전성 재료를 분쇄하는 공정.(b) 상기 분쇄한 전자 유도성 재료를 분산시킴으로써 페이스트를 제조하는 공정(c) 상기 페이스트를 건조 시킴으로서 전자 도전성 재료층을 형성하는 공정.(d) 활물질을 분산 시킴으로써 활물질 페이스트를 제조하는공정.(e) 상기 활물질 페이스트를 상기 전자 도전성 재료층 위에 도포한 후 일정한 온도, 일정한 압력으로 프레스 하는 공정.인 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 전극의 제조방법으로(a) 도전성 충전재와 수지를 함유하는 전자 도전성 재료를 분쇄하는 공정.(b) 상기, 분쇄한 전자 도전성 재료를 분산 시킴으로서 페이스트를 제조하는 공정.(c) 상기 페이스트를 건조 시킨후, 제1의 온도, 제1의 압력으로 프레스함으로써 전자 도전성 재료층을 형성하는 공정.(d) 활물질을 분산 시킴으로써 활물질 페이스트를 제조하는 공정.(e) 상기 활물질 페이스트를 건조 시키는 공정.(f) 상기 건조시킨 활물질 페이스트를 상기 전자 도전성 재료층 위에 겹친후 제2의 온도, 제2의 압력으로 프레스함으로써 전자 도전성 재료층 위에 활물질층을 형성하는 공정.인 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,일정한 온도를 수지의 융점 또는 융점 부근의 온도로 한것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,제1의 온도 또는 제2의 온도를 수지의 융점 또는 융점 부근의 온도로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
