Description
Claims (10)
- (I) 부분 또는 완전 탈활성화된 촉매를 2 부피% 미만의 산소를 함유하는 대기 중에서 250℃∼600℃로 가열하는 단계,(II) 상기 촉매를 250℃∼800℃에서, 바람직하게는 350℃∼600℃에서, 산소 공급 물질 또는 산소 또는 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물 0.1∼4 부피%를 함유하는 가스 스트림으로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(III) 촉매를 250℃∼800℃, 바람직하게는 350℃∼600℃의 온도에서, 산소 공급 물질 또는 산소 또는 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물 4 부피% 초과∼100 부피% 이상을 함유하는 가스 스트림으로 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (I)에 의한 가열은 분당 0.1∼20℃, 바람직하게는 0.3∼15℃, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5∼10℃ 범위내의 가열 속도로 수행하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단계 (I)에 의해 가열하기 이전에, 부분 또는 완전 탈활성화된 촉매를 물, 알콜, 알데히드, 케톤, 에테르, 산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 탄화수소 및 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 용매로 세척하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,(IV) 물, 알콜, 알데히드, 케톤, 에테르, 산, 에스테르, 니트릴, 탄화수소 및 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기화된 액체 20 부피% 이하를 함유할 수 있는 불활성 가스 스트림 중에서 단계 (III)에서 얻은 재생된 촉매를 냉각시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 부분 또는 완전 탈활성화된 촉매는 단계 (I)에 의한 가열 이후 그리고 단계 (II)에 의한 처리 이전에 250℃∼800℃에서 보관하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 산소 공급 물질은 화학식 NxOy의 질소 산화물(이때, x 및 y는 중성의 질소 산화물이 되도록 선택됨), N2O, 아디프산 플랜트로부터의 N2O 함유 출구 가스 스트림, NO, NO2, 오존 또는 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 산소 공급 물질은 CO2이고, 단계 (II) 및 단계 (III)은 500℃∼800℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매는 MFI, BEA, MOR, TON, MTW, FER, CHA, ERI, RHO, GIS, BOG, NON, EMT, HEU, KFI, FAU, DDR, MTT, RUT, LTL, MAZ, GME, NES, OFF, SGT, EUO, MFS, MCM-22 또는 MEL구조, MFI/MEL 혼합 구조 및 이들 2 종 이상의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 제올라이트 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 1 종 이상의 C-C 이중 결합을 함유하는 유기 화합물의 에폭시화 반응, 방향족 유기 화합물의 히드록시화 반응, 알칸을 알콜, 케톤, 알데히드 및 산으로 전환시키는 전환 반응에서의 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의해 재생된 제올라이트 촉매의 용도.
