본 발명은 자수기계용 북실가공방법에 관한 것이며 포리노직, 면, 스판레이온, 비스산코스레이온의 섬유사에 나일론사를 혼합하거나 여러가닥의 나일론사 또는 폴리에스텔사를 왁싱과 셋팅공정이 없이 연사와 합사공정으로 가공을 완료하여 북실을 가공함 목적이 있는 것이며 NE40∼80의 폴리노직, 면, 스판레이온, 75∼100데니아의 비스코스레이온에 15∼50데니아의 나일론 섬유사를 각 혼용하거나 20∼40 데니아의 폴리에스텔 또는 나일론사를 2∼4가닥을 900∼1100TPM으로 연사하고 합사 공정을 거쳐 코프 와이딩 하여 제품화 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a yarn processing method for embroidery machines, and blends nylon yarns with fiber yarns of polyphonic, cotton, spanrayon and bissan cosrayon or twists several strands of nylon yarn or polyester yarn without waxing and setting process. 종래에는 자수기계의 북에 권취된 북실을 수납시켜 자수를 수행하게 된다. 이때 자수기계에 따라 차이가 있기는 하나 대당 500∼1000여개의 북이 사용되고 북실이 끊어지거나 소모가 되면 북실을 교체하게 되는데 북실의 교체시에는 자수기계를 정지시키게 된다. 이로 인하여 북에 수납되는 북실은 길이가 길게 되면 교체시기가 늦어지게 되고 보푸래기 발생이 없으면 끊어지지 않아 가동율이 증가되므로 북실은끊어지지 않는 고강도와 보푸래기 없는 북실이 요구되고 있으나 현재까지 알려지고 있는 북실의 소재는 포리노직(Polynosic)사 또는 폴리에스텔스판(Polyesterspun ) 사를 주로 사용하고 있고 가공공정은 연사공정과 합사공정을 거쳐 보푸래기를 해소하기 위한 왁싱공정과 코프 와인딩 공정을 거쳐 왁스 성분을 제거하고 조직을 안정화 시키는 셋팅작업 공정을 거쳐 포장 제품화 하게 된다.Conventionally, embroidery is performed by storing a drum thread wound in a drum of an embroidery machine.
