Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(II)로 표시되는 티아졸 초산의 반응성 포스페이트 유도체와 일반식(III)으로 표기되는 7-ACA 유도체를 알코올 용매 중에서 염기의 존재하에 아실화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하며, 하기 반응식 2로 표시되는 세펨 유도체(Ⅰ)의 제조방법.식 중,R1은 카르복시 또는 보호된 카르복시기로서, 나트륨 등의 알칼리금속 이온(M+)에 의하여 -COO-M+의 염을 형성하거나, R2가 피리디니움과 같이 양전하를 띠는 치환체를 갖는 경우에는 COO-이고,R2는 수소, 메틸, 비닐, 메톡시메틸, 아세틸옥시메틸, 헤테로사이클릭메틸 또는 헤테로사이클릭티오메틸기이며, 이들은 또한 각각 적당한 치환기로 치환될 수 있고,R3는 수소, 메틸 또는 C(Ra)2CO2Rb이며,식 중,Ra는 수소 또는 메틸기이고,Rb는 카르복시 보호기이다.R4는 C1~C4의 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타내거나, 이들이 결합되어 산소, 인원자와 함께 5 내지 6원자의 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,Q는 N 또는 CH이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 7-ACA 유도체(Ⅲ)가 7-아미노세팔로스포라닉산, 7-아미노-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-비닐-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-메톡시메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-[2-(4-메틸티아졸-5-일)비닐]-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-(1-메틸피롤리디니움)메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실레이트,7-아미노-3-(메틸-1H-테트라졸-5-일)티오메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-[5-(카르복시메틸)-4-메틸-2-티아졸일]티오메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-(4-카바모일-1-큐누클리디니움)메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실레이트, 7-아미노-3-[(이미다조[1,2-b]피리다지니움-1-일)메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실레이트, 7-아미노-3-[(2,3-싸이클로펜테노-1-피리디니움)메틸]-3-세펨-4-카르복실레이트, 7-아미노-3-[2-(5-메틸-1,2,3,4-테트라졸일)메틸]-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-[(1,2,3-티아디아졸-5-일)티오메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실산, 7-아미노-3-[(2,5-디하이드로-6-하이드록시-2-메틸-5-옥소-1,2,4-트리아진-3-일)티오메틸]-3-세펨-4-카르복실산 또는 7-아미노-3-(1-피리디니움)메틸-3-세펨-4-카르복실레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알코올 용매가 메틸알코올, 에틸알코올 또는 이소프로필알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염기는 트리에틸아민, 트리-n-부틸아민, 디이소프로필에틸아민, 피리딘 또는 N,N-디메틸아닐린임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 염기의 사용량은 7-ACA 유도체(III)에 대하여 1.8∼4.5당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 0∼30℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 티아졸 초산 반응성 포스페이트 유도체(Ⅱ)의 사용량은 7-ACA 유도체(III)에 대하여 1.0∼1.3당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
