Claims (19)
- 메티오닌 염 용액을 과립 물질로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 메티오닌 염을 기본으로 하는 자유 유동성 동물 사료 보충물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메티오닌 염 용액이 분무 건조되고 이러한 공정으로 수득된 분말이 과립화되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메티오닌 염 용액이 유동층에서 동시에 분무 건조되고 과립화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌 염 용액이 성형 공정, 임의로 압출에 의해 과립 물질로 전환되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌 염 용액이 분무 건조 및/또는 과립화되기 전에 활성 탄소로 처리되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌 염 용액이 규산질 물질을 기본으로 하는 첨가제의 존재하에서 분무 및/또는 과립화되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 침전에 의해 제조되거나 고열 특성을 갖는 친수성 또는 소수성 실리카가 고체에 대해 0.1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 첨가제로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미분된 제올라이트 또는 벤토나이트가 고체에 대해 0.1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 첨가제로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 지방산 및/또는 이의 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 염이 고체에 대해 0.1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 첨가제로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌 기재에 대해 10 내지 70% 용액이 사용되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 25 내지 50% 용액이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Na 및/또는 K 메티오니네이트 용액이 사용되는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 나트륨 메티오니네이트 용액이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무 건조후 벌크 밀도가 350 내지 500 kg/m3이고 분진 분획이 1 내지 5%인 분말이 수득되고 이것이 과립화되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무 건조된 분말이 강력 전단 작용을 갖는 혼합기내에서 메티오닌 염의 포화 용액과 함께 과립화되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 분말 대 메티오니네이트의 포화 용액의 중량비가 고체 물질에 대해 1:0.01 내지 1:0.5의 범위인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립화가 임의로 삽입된 파쇄 수단을 갖는 유동층에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압출 성형 공정이 임의로 강력 혼합기 또는 유동층 건조기와 조합하여 과립화 물질을 수득하는데 사용되는 방법.
- a) 벌크 밀도가 650kg/m3초과이고,b) 입자 크기 분포가 63 내지 5000μm이며,c) 분진 함량이 1% 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 자유 유동성 메티오니네이트 과립 물질.
