Claims (12)
- 전기 가열 요소(2)가 장착되는 세라믹 섬유 재 벽(1)을 포함하며, 상기 전기 가열 요소는 적외선 복사열을 방출하는 고온으로 가열될 수 있게 전원에 접속되며, 이 가열 요소는 스태플에 의하여 벽에 고정되게 되어 있는 적외선 복사 패널에 있어서,상기 가열 요소(2)는 벽(1)의 표면(6)과 일정 간격을 두고 그 표면 상에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벽의 표면(6)과 가열 요소(2) 사이에서 서로 일정 간격을 두고 세라믹 로드(10, 12, 14, 16)가 배치되며, 상기 가열 요소(2)의 다른 측면에는 서로 일정 간격을 두고 세라믹 로드(9, 11, 13, 15)가 배치되며, 상기 세라믹 로드는 각 세라믹 로드(9 내지 16)의 둘레에 결합되는 스태플(5)에 의하여 상기 벽(1)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 약 99%의 Al2O3와 약 1%의 SiO2로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제2항 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(2)의 각 측면에 있는 각각의 세라믹 로드(9 내지 16)는 세라믹 로드가 가열 요소의 일측면에 존재하는 경우, 상기 가열 요소의 타측면에는 세라믹 로드가 존재하지 않도록 상기 벽의 표면(6)에 평행한 평면에서 서로에 대하여 오프셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 로드(8, 9 내지 16)는 가열 저항 재료로 구성되는 로드(25)를 둘러싸는 세라믹 관(26)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 관(26)은 그 길이를 따라 두개 이상의 관(17)으로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 저항 재료로 구성된 로드는 상기 벽(1)에 장착되는 두 개의 로드(18, 19)로 분할되며, 상기 로드(18, 19)의 자유단(20, 21)은 서로 만나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스태플(5)은 가열 저항 재료로 구성된 와이어(27)를 구비하며, 적어도 가열 요소(2)와 접촉하는 스태플의 영역에서는 와이어 외부에 세라믹 관(22, 23)이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 세라믹 로드(8, 9 내지 16)의 표면과 각 스태플(5)의 세라믹 표면은 많은 양의 Al2O3를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스태플(5)은 이것에 의하여 유지되는 세라믹 로드(8, 9 내지 16)로부터 일정 거리를 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(2)는 균일한 규화물 재료로 구성되며, 이 규화물 재료는 화학 조성식이 MoxW1-xSi2인 몰리브덴과 텅스텐을 포함하며, 여기서 x는 0.5 내지 0.75이며, 총 중량의 10% 내지 40%는 몰리브렌 붕소화물 혼합물과 텅스텐 붕소화물 혼합물 중 하나 이상으로 대체되며, 상기 혼합물은 입자 형태로 규화물에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적외선 복사 패널.
