Claims (10)
- 씨실(weft)과 날실(warp)로 구성된 직물(5)로 덮여진 톱니부를 가지는 톱니형 벨트에 있어서,상기 씨실(6)은 심(core)으로 작용하는 탄성실(8)과 상기 탄성실(8)을 감는 적어도 한쌍의 혼성실(9)에 의해 형성된 씨실줄(weft thread)로 이루어지며,상기 각각의 혼성실(9)은 고내열성 및 고강도 실(10) 및 상기 고내열성 및 고강도 실(10)을 감는 적어도 하나의 덮개실(covering thread)(11)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 혼성실(9)은 고내열성 및 고강도 실(10)과 상기 고내열성 및 고강도 실(10)을 감는 한쌍의 덮개실(11)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성실(8)은 폴리우레탄으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고내열성 및 고강도 실(10)은 파라-아로마틱 폴리아미드(para-aromatic polyamide)로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 덮개실(11)은 직조된 폴리머 물질(textured polymer material)의 실인 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 덮개실(11)은 폴리아미드로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 덮개실(11)은 나일론66(nylon66)으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 날실(7)은 폴리아미드 실로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 날실(7)은 메타-아로마틱 폴리아미드(meta-aromatic polyamide)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 첨부 도면들에 기재된 바와 같은 톱니형 벨트.
