Claims (17)
- (a) 리간드가 결합하는 영역, (b) (a)의 영역에 리간드가 결합하면 회합하는 영역, 및 (c) 사이토카인 수용체 또는 그 일부로 이루어지고, 회합하면 세포에 증식 활성을 부여하는 영역을 포함하는 융합 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, "사이토카인 수용체 또는 그 일부로 이루어지고, 회합하면 세포에 증식 활성을 부여하는 영역"이 G-CSF 수용체에서 유래하는 것인 융합 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, "리간드가 결합하는 영역"이 스테로이드 호르몬 수용체에서 유래하는 것인 융합 단백질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 스테로이드 호르몬 수용체가 에스트로겐 수용체인 융합 단백질.
- 제1항의 융합 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 벡터.
- 제5항의 벡터를 보유하는 세포.
- 제6항의 세포에 대하여 제1항의 융합 단백질의 "리간드가 결합하는 도메인"에 작용하는 리간드를 작용시켜 제6항의 세포를 선택적으로 증식시키는 방법.
- (a) 리간드가 결합하는 영역, (b) (a)의 영역에 리간드가 결합하면 회합하는 영역, 및 (c) 회합하면 세포에 증식 활성을 부여하는 영역을 포함하는 융합 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자와 소망하는 외래 유전자를 포함하는 벡터.
- 제8항에 있어서, "회합하면 세포에 증식 활성을 부여하는 영역"이 사이토카인 수용체에서 유래하는 것인 벡터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사이토카인 수용체가 G-CSF 수용체인 벡터.
- 제8항에 있어서, "리간드가 결합하는 영역"이 스테로이드 호르몬 수용체에서 유래하는 것인 벡터.
- 제11항에 있어서, 스테로이드 호르몬 수용체가 에스트로겐 수용체인 벡터.
- 제8항에 있어서, "융합 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자"와 "외래 유전자"가 동일 분자 상에 위치하고 있는 벡터.
- 제8항에 있어서, "융합 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자"와 "외래 유전자"가 별개의 분자 상에 위치하고 있는 벡터.
- 제8항 내지 14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 벡터를 보유하는 세포.
- 제15항의 세포에 대하여 제8항의 벡터에 포함되는 유전자가 코딩하는 융합 단백질의 "리간드가 결합하는 도메인"에 작용하는 리간드를 작용시켜 제15항의 세포를 선택적으로 증식시키는 방법.
- (a) 제5항 또는 8항에 기재된 벡터, 및 (b) 이 벡터에 포함되는 유전자가 코딩하는 융합 단백질의 "리간드가 결합하는 도메인"에 작용하는 리간드를 포함하는 키트.
